I wouldn't say drug addiction is the underlying problem , most of these people come from broken homes, don't have a job and have no prospect of getting one, no place to live etc. That's when they resort to drug taking. If you have controlled brothels that are legal then you can get the prostitutes together all in one place , with a roof over their head. Experienced people can then focus on their problems and drug addiction. Much more difficult the other way around.

You have to remove the door card and there's 4 star washers that you have to remove from the rear of the grill. It's not easy removing the star washers without breaking the plastic spigot things.

A hot air gun or a powerful hairdryer.

One of the nuts will be a locknut, loosen that first and then you can make adjustments by turning the other one. Tighten the locknut again when you're finished.

Why does it take something like this to happen before they realise the dangers. Same with the Kings Cross fire. Both caused by rubbish building up under a wooden structure with members of the public smoking above.

Airbag Steering change to an Non-Airbag Steering Wheel

What happens in a bad accident apart from maybe bashing your head on the wheel? Will you're insurance cover you? Replacing an air bag wheel with a steering wheel that hasn't got one has got to be one of the most irresponsible and foolish things you can do. Nothing personal , just a general observation! -
