  1. I think so. I don't often leave negative feedback on Ebay for this reason. Personally it doesn't actually achieve anything other than landing yourself with totatally undeserved negative feedback.
  2. Have fun setting them up!
  3. Get yourself a flare nut spanner to use on the fitting on the rear of the fuel filter , I think you need a 14mm one. Open ended spanners aren't much good as they're liable to open up and slip off so rounding off the corners. You can hold the filter with a normal open ended spanner. To depressurise the fuel system: Look under the carpet in the boot, to the top left of the spare wheel. There's a connector there for the fuel pump, unplug it and turn the engine over a few times. Don't forget to plug it in after fitting the filter.
  4. A reply to a post that's been dead for 17 months. I did this too when I was a new member.
  5. Great sound , but they're not easy to set up properly, they're far too complicated . I gave up! No simple bass and treble controls. After doing a little research I found this was a common problem. My slightly older Alpine unit is great, so easy to adjust.

    Volk GT-C refurb

I got my new Volk GTC's last Oct , there isn't any lacquer on the polished lip.
  7. I'm not sure if it's appropriate to be cracking jokes , it was his pet!!!!!!
  8. There isn't a cable , its hydraulic. Difficult to diagnose without hearing it.
  9. Poor thing. Just what I would do. Like Ewen said , bury it deep. I once buried a young fox that I found dead near a river, the ground was rock hard so I couldn't dig a deep hole. A few days later I found that another animal had dug it up.
  10. http://www.zoomtel.com/documentation/adsl/5654_UsersGuide_Eng.pdf page 13 I think
  11. I would wait to see which university she goes to first before doing anything. I wouldn't want the worry of getting my own place and not being able to afford the payments if the gf has to move into the halls of residence at uni. Stay at your girl friends place and save up for another year .
  12. A little translated from Supraforums: The 1ZE-GE engine came out of a Toyota century, which is the only V12 engine made by a Japanese auto manufacturer. Smokey Nagata had this idea for a while however the engine could not be sourced until recently. The 1ZE V12 configuration is best described as that of two 2.5 liter sraight 6 cylinder 1JZ setups paired up running next to each other in harmony. In stock forn, th V12 puts out 280ps & 49kg/m of torque. "Although the oil pan and the engine mounts need to be fabricated, the swap seems relatively simple. I was worried about the fit but the engine fit pretty snug." claims smokey. Further plans include twin GT turbines mounted on each side, and the target is 1000 horsepower. A Getrag 6 speed transmission with ORC triple plate clutch will be used. Just like the V35 GTR that Top Secret had mde in the past, the electronic fly by wire will be switched to a traditional cable system and 2 Fcon Vpro units will be installed. The Supra is planned to be outfitted with Top Secret's prototype 2007 wide body kit which looks nothing like their previous GT300 series kit. Smokey says "I've always had love for the Supras, and this V12 version is my image of the Supra of the future. I have built many Supras in the past, but this version will be the last evolution. The completion will be just in time for the Tokyo Auto Salon."
  13. Is the seat electric , if so : I hope this is the correct pic. The handle (72525A) is: 72525-14020-CO
  14. 74610A , full part no : 74610-24050-CO 74681 , full part no : 74681-14010 74682 , full part no : 74682-14010 What do you need for the drivers seat, there's more than one pic? ........... ...........
  15. Are you wanting the part numbers for the fixings to secure the door cards? The below assumes that all the fixings on the bare door are present and correct. I've put a red dot next to the fixings for securing the door card. The number in the bracket is the quantuty you need per door. You'll also need 93520-54016 , one for each door (it secures the rectangular trim that goes around the door release lever ) There's also a larger screw which goes in behind this trim, 90159-60303 , one for each door. There's also a screw and cap which goes in through the top of the door armrest. 90119-05039 & 90339-10002-CO . Again one per door. Some of the part numbers on the aerial pic aren't shown, just ask if you need them- (the 5 digit numbers aren't complete).

    Basic Performance Upgrade
  17. Same here, any excuse! Happy New Year!
  18. Just a wiggle for me , that's on a straight road in damp conditions. I take it easy on roundabouts and bends especially in the wet.
  19. This tells you how to remove them , it's from the workshop manual. http://www.mkiv.com/manual/manualtt/shock_replacement/index.html
  20. Even if they did there still would be doubters! Judging by the angle his head made with his body he looked fairly dead to me.
  21. Most of us do, there are very few UK spec owners on here. But saying that, most of the imported cars have been in the country for a number of years and aren't fresh imports. With an imported car you're very unlikely to get a service history, inaccurate mileages just like on any other car. Jurgen will give you the best advice.
  22. Very nice! It's a pity about the weather , they get dirty so quickly. Your garage could do with a tidy!
  23. I gave up after round one , I couldn't be bothered to think!
