  1. Careful you don't touch them together or touch something you shouldn't.
  2. It's not easy though. You have to shorten the bike cables and fit new terminations on the end. I had some collars made with grub screws going through to lock the cables instead.
  3. About £70 I think. The cable has probably snapped. I replaced them with bike cables from Halfords, cost me less than £4. ( The second person to do this)
  4. If you can change the temp from cold to hot wherever it's directed then the matrix should be okay. Worth checking the matrix if you cannot do this, coolant level dropping, damp floor mat, excessive condensation in the car.
  5. I got mine from Halfords. A large can , approx £10. Made by Upol, good stuff.

Good evening! Me twin turbo or me twin brother/sister?
  7. Difficult question. They're very much in demand. Most sellers ask for offers to be made.
  8. 2 inches for me, I'm getting 1.2 bar in the cooler weather.
  9. I wondered about this . I would make the little blocks so the weight is supported evenly between the vertical and horizontal sections of the chassis. This will prevent them buckling slightly and neither part would be damaged as weight is distributed . I'm sure if the vertical section is a a consistent depth in the four locations
  10. Renault do, my sister has had a couple of cars. A lot of haggling reduced the advertised price significantly. I'm not sure if you'll fancy a Renault though.
  11. That's bad! I would really like to here what the seller has to say!

    Mini Rant

    Please don't stop posting questions.
  13. Hi A UK car would be too expensive, they only come in Twin turbo, no NA's. So it would have to be an import, they're both NA and TT. I don't think it would be particularly easy to get a good TT for 5K. But you should get a nice NA car.
  14. Or maybe the Head Moderator could just contact them on behalf of the club.
  15. Looks like they cost £230 - website.
  16. A good place to start! Authorised Traders Section!
  17. There's a few cheaper and newer cars for sale on Pistonheads! Probably just a little too much.
  18. I've never met Sam and Gregg. Could they be getting married?
  19. How can you keep you're fellow Supra owners waiting so long. Please!
  20. Woops , I meant to start a new thread.
  21. The baffle does make a big difference , it transforms the sound of the exhaust totally. It's like driving a different car. I don't use mine very often!
  22. You need just the exhaust assembly paste, make sure you use sufficient. Yep, full decat. The noise isn't too bad for me, but I've got a lot of insulation in the car. I sometimes fit the exhaust baffle that you get with the Nur Spec when I have to do a long journey.
  23. I've got a Nur Spec R. Just the MX4026 . It says that these are for the MT3020 (Nur Spec R for the Supra) You don't have to use any if you don't want to. Just use some exhaust assembly paste. Put some on each side of the restrictor ring too.
