    Why Studs

Dunno, I've never taken my water pump off. But it's often easier to locate something if studs are fitted, better than fiddling around trying to get bolts to go in. I might be wrong, I'll let you know when I remove my pump.
  2. Jade - Thick, fat, ugly ,repulsive bitch.
  3. Hello Heater matrix required,it's expensive due to time required to fit . If mine ever needs replacing I'm doing it myself. I hope you didn't run it for long after this occurence, overheating may have occured if you did. This can damage the engine.
  4. Is there a facility to view which member has just received the latest negative feedback?
  5. There's a black Supra that goes past the house, infact it went past an hour ago when I was outside. He's got big gold wheels , they really look shit nice on his car. He's got compomotive type wheels, it's all in the wheel design! Similar to Ibrar's but gold, I would get silver though!
  6. Not if they're in good condition . You have to examine the caliper and make sure that the piston is pushing the pad towards the disc. It might be wise to get someone with more experience to look at the problem. You don't want to eject the piston!
  7. Panasonics's get good reviews , another recommendation to look on av forums.
  8. It's normal to get a little rust even after a few hours when the disc gets wet. But having one that is significantly worse than the others may indicate a sticky piston or pad , worth investigating.
  9. I don't use the sidelights as they're rubbish. Dipped headlights on in bad visibility.
  10. It feels like a monster, especially from standstill with the window down. The noise is fantastic especially in enclosed spaces.
  11. A stock car seems slow after driving a BPU one. Infact you get so used to it that the BPU car isn't that exhilarating anymore. But when you get in normal car it feels as though it's broken.
  12. That looks really nice - the second modified pic The lip below the aperture makes a difference compared to the first one.
  13. It looks like the tensioner on the NA and TT cars are different. Also differnet on the auto cars. All the NA manual 5 speed cars from 05/1993 to 12/1999 use the same tensioner. Part no 16620-46060 If you need a new one then give your Toyota dealer your Model No and Frame No and he should have the same part number listed above.
  14. It's always nice receiving stuff like this, I wished I had some spare cash.
  15. I'm not sure , is a 265 tyre wide enough for your car?
  16. That's 10" on the outside. I would think that's a 9" wheel.
  17. What a complete arsehole you are !
  18. 245 's max on the front and 265's max on the rear will be good. It's not easy to say if a 36 offset wheel we be okay, you have to consider brake clearance which varies with wheel design. Especially so when you've got UK brakes like you do. Also rubbing on the arches. Are 265's wide enough on a 19" wheel which will give less traction - you're gone single too!!!!!!
  19. That's really horrible, the poor cat. The same thing happened to one of my sisters cats, my brother in law saw a big brown dog in the back lane . He was shocked to see that it had his cat Tiggy in his mouth, the dog seemed to realise it was doing wrong and gently put him down on the ground. Unfortunately he died a few minutes later!
  20. If you lose the settings only when you turn the ignition off it will mean you're losing the permanent 12v supply to the radio. The yellow wire is the permanent live. The red wire is the ignition switched live.
  21. It depends on the model of wheel , only small diameter nuts can be used on my Volk GT-C's.
