  1. My brother had his Corvette alloys done at this place, a dark gunmetal type colour (can't remember the exact colour) and black on the inside to make the brake dust less obvious. They look very nice.
  2. I'm not sure if the regulations slowed them down for the actual race, maybe qualifying as I was under the impression that the only change in the regulations they've kept (used in Valencia) was to make them use the same engine map on a Sunday as they do during qualifying. The regulation changes for Silverstone have been changed back to what they used in Valencia which they'll use for the rest of the season.
  3. Yes, the wheel should go on further.
  4. Is the hub centric ring still on the hub and preventing the wheel from going on?
  5. One resistor wired into each indicator bulb, I meant it didn't matter which of the 2 wires for each bulb it was wired into. Obviously easier to get the correct wattage bulbs if you can.
  6. There are 2 wires that go to each bulb, fit a resistor inline on either wire, do this on both sides of the car. What's the wattage of the old bulb and it's replacement?

    New car

    It looks nice in red.
  8. I very much doubt that the vvti is different to an earlier none vvti engine. I could have a look this afternoon if I don't forget.
  9. Not in the least bit funny. You think the cat is dumb, some people on here need help , not everyone. Why is it so persistant? The cat is obviously scared stiff and is standing on the highest object and trying to get over a wall.
  10. Mr Wilson to the rescue again. Not just you but I notice it on every forum - It always annoys me when others make suggestions to help and yet the person in need only thanks one person when members have gone out of their way to reply trying to help.
  11. If it was my car I would start with sorting out the broken overdrive button and reset the ecu.
  12. I watched a full season of Premiership football on this site. I'm watching it live now. Quality picture aswell.
  13. You can watch it online for £2.50 . http://www.liveonlinefooty.com/amember/signup.php Will I get into trouble for posting this link, feel free delete?
  14. You can buy polyethylene bushes for the wishbones, maybe not as good as the stock ones but buying new wishbones is expensive. Bear in mind that in May 96 the Supra was facelifted and the bush sizes on the lower front wish bone changed but you can buy them.
  15. £5.95 each on Amazon with free delivery. BKR7EIX I use NGK BKR7E 6097, £2.59 each http://www.amazon.co.uk/6097-BKR7E-NGK-SPARK-PLUG/dp/B0046YY27S
  16. Sliders or seized pistons, you need someone who's obviously familiar with Lexus brakes ?
  17. It would be easier taking it to a local engineering/fabrication company.
  18. Not where I live they don't, nothing was put on the car just the PCN in the post. I got a ticket for stopping in a bus stop for 15 seconds to drop someone off.
  19. If you're fitting rusty parts to the car they'll just get worse which isn't good if you have no intention of selling the car, I'm having to replace my stock reas suspension shocks because the rust is that bad there is a possibility of them leaking. I'm taking the opportunity of painting all the suspension parts and fitting nuts/bolts that won't rust, infact every part I'm fitting anywhere on the car will be treated to last which the car manufacturers don't do. I'll see the benefit when a part wears out and I won't have a problem taking them apart, I don't want the car to deteriorate like every other car on the road.
  20. You couldn't be more wrong.
  21. If you go by the reviews of those who drive these cars and the way it looks it would have to be the Ferrari. On fifth gear last week they compared it with the Mclaren which they didn't particularly like, I bet it's nice though. There's nothing special about either Porsche, don't like the Noble or the SLS.
