  1. It should work but you may need to use some diodes to stop the current from flowing from one gauge to the other as Alan pointed out.
  2. I searched everywhere and anywhere for wheels that I liked and then I purchased them from a trader on here, they'll make sure that you get the correct fitment for the Supra. I'm sure they'll match or beat a price that you get elsewhere. You should also fit wider wheels/tyres on the rear, I don't know if you have the UK brakes but not all wheels will fit over them.
  3. I change both every 4000 and that's probably excessive. You should sell your old oil on Ebay.
  4. The nice Policeman only made one mistake and that's being caught on camera.
  5. I go to the British GP most years, but not this year. I hope the Mclarens do well, it'a pity there's a 3 week gap to the second race and then 4 weeks between the third and fourth race. I wish it was on every week.
  6. They may move only very slightly. There should be a spring clip that's fastened around the two pins, this clip pushes against the pads to hold them tight. The pins obviously go through the two holes which are in each of the pads backing plates.
  7. Doing this sort of job isn't going to be cheap because of the time involved. I wouldn't trust most mechanics with my car , but Chris has a good reputation and if I couldn't do this sort of thing myself I would take it to him . I would rather pay a little more and get it done properly.
  8. The first part number is the new revised part, the second one is the old design .

    In in love

Very nice, I'll switch back to a proper channel now
  10. Here's the part number of the revised bracket 17506-46180
  11. I had a feeling it was this one , have a look in parts for sale, I saw one there recently. It is a Toyota only part.

    Diesel cars

Nice mondeo, full service history. I don't know if you've ever driven one of these , they're very nice and well built. The mondeo was the class leading car. http://atsearch.autotrader.co.uk/www/CARS_popup.asp?searchform=&modelexact=1&lid=search_used_cars_full&photo=1&state=none&sort=3&hassearched=Y&make=FORD&min_pr=3000&source=1&model=MONDEO&max_pr=4000&miles=1500&agerange=&mileage=&postcode=ne31+2et&variant=&bodyid=0&trim=&fuelid=0&colour=&transmissionid=0&keywords=&ukcarsearch_full.x=26&ukcarsearch_full.y=11&start=5&distance=272&adcategory=CARS&channel=CARS&id=200710273657162
  13. You're getting better, did you use the magnnetic tool thingy and then select replace colour?
  14. Nice car, I like the colour , nice wheels too. Ford make some good cars.
  15. I use this too. To mix it I use a plastic drinks bottle with lid, fill it half full with water and then add the powder and shake a few times. No lumps at all and it's very easy to clean.

    Any plumbers?

Some washing machines cannot handle full mains pressure and require a pressure reducing valve to be fitted, this could be responsible for your low pressure or an isolation tap might not be turned fully on. It depends where your outside tap is plumbed in though. It would be difficult to give an estimate of the cost as it all depends on the location of your mains cold water supply and the position of your outside tap. Save some money and do it yourself, it's easy.
  17. I think it would be just as noisey in reverse.
  18. Any half decent garage could diagnose this problem , it's not difficult at all. 100 miles from a decent garage, surely there must be one nearby.
  19. Why didn't they have a look at the handbrake shoes?
  20. How To: Replace a rear wheel stud http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=61142&highlight=studs
  21. I better pay then. Thanks
  22. LOL I used to have brown sauce ones when I was a kid.
  23. I've just received a letter in the post from Parcelforce asking for £46 import duty for the parcel they're holding for me. Is it normal practice to receive this demand and then you have to pay before they deliver the item. The reason I'm asking is that Parcelforce actually delivered the parcel today too without me making any payment. Can I get away without paying as it looks like they've made a cockup?
