  1. A typical example of a ridiculous statement to make. How on earth can you make a comparison with other buildings when they haven't had an airliner crashing into them at high speed full of fuel!
  2. Merely correcting a few things already said as obviously you only need to use acid etch on metal. The high build primer will do the job fine, 2 pack will be the best but it's obviously very hazardous so I wouldn't use it unless I had a proper mask.
  3. No acid etch primer on bare metal? Isn't it saying that a high build primer isn't suitable for bare metal so you would use acid etch primer?
  4. There isn't one answer for everyone unfortunately. It depends on the fit of your wheels, nut's on the studs and spigot ring, these parts aren't the same for every car. Some combinations are safer and better than others.
  5. Have you used the online manual, it's for the US model but most of it is the same for all mk4 cars? http://www.turbosupras.com/pages/pages/technical/jza80/a80tsrm.htm
  6. It's really easy on ebay especially when you're selling similar items. At the start of the selling process you can enter the EAN (barcode number) and it recognising what you're selling and puts it in the correct category with a photograph and description. I used it for the first time today, it's very good.
  7. The wires on my alarm were all black with labels on that get removed during installation. The indicator wires could be connected in a few different locations, you can only try and trace them.
  8. I've heard that some car alarms can cause problems if the battery is allowed to drain, obviously the alarm is wired into the indicators. That's what I would look at first, you could try disconnecting the alarm from the indicator wiring if you can find the wires where the connection is made.
  9. Don't mention it, you're very welcome.
  10. I have no idea, at least you now have one reply
  11. Martin Brundle's contract with the BBC expires at the end of the year. I wouldn't be surprised if he wanted Coulthard to go with him if he did go to Sky.
  12. haha Wrong thread, the correct thread is below. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?31633-How-To-Fit-facelift-front-indicators
  13. Dunno, here's the thread. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?251849-New-facelift-indicators-(possible-wiring-prob)
  14. Bernie Ecclestone should'nt allow this to happen, why doesn't he use some of his money instead of spending £100 million on a couple of houses in London for his two daughters.
  15. This statement below is on numerous websites.
  16. What a shame, I'm really disappointed. There was talk that the BBC would lose the coverage altogether. The coverage has never been as good as it is now. The presenters are a great combination, Sky could well make them an offer.
  17. They're breaking a few on ebay. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/i.html?_nkw=Nissan+Elgrand+breaking&_sacat=0&_odkw=Nissan+Elgrand&_osacat=0&_trksid=p3286.c0.m270.l1313
  18. Interesting. It's not easy to predict who's going to have the fastest car in Hungary this weekend.
  19. Putting dry doughnuts in the microwave for 10 seconds makes them a little fresher, careful with the hot filling though.
  20. The regulations used during the British GP where they stopped the teams using an off throttle blown diffuser have been scrapped and they're going back to the regulations used in Valencia allowing them to make full use of their off throttle blown diffusers. The only change from the start of the season and made for Valencia was to make them use the same engine map on Sunday as they use in qualifying. The opinion at the time was that this would effect impact Redbull the most.
