It's either M6 or M8, I can't remember. If you haven't got any spare bolts then just tap the back of the disc with a hammer , but use a piece of wood or plastic to soften the blow. It's important that you wind back the little sprocket first though.

I was going to suggest that if you didn't have a couple of bolts. Make sure you twat it evenly and not too hard.

There should also be a couple of threaded holes in the front face of the disc, you'll need a couple of bolts the right size. When you put them in make sure you alternately tighten them a little at a time, this will push off the disc. p.s. if you don't do what Ark suggests you could damage the handbrake mechanism if you remove the disc by force.

From the manual: If the master cylinder has been disassembled or if the reservoir becomes empty, bleed the air from the master cylinder. (a) Disconnect the brake lines from the master cylinder. (b) Slowly depress the brake pedal and hold it. © Block off the outer holes with your fingers, and release the brake pedal. (d) Repeat (b) and © 3 or 4 times.

They don't get that much wear , I would have a look first. For the discs there's a minimum thickness you should let them go down to, I think it might be stamped on the edge or it might be in the manual. I changed them on mine because they were unevenly worn with grooves and they didn't look too good.

There shouldn't be much wear on the rear pads at all if they've only been on that long. Normally there's about 8-10 mm on new pads. I change mine when I've got about 3mm left.

I find international football so boring, I can't see them losing to Andora though. Why do England very rarely impress, the manager doesn't have to do any buying/selling and anywhere near the amount of work of a normal football manager and yet he cannot get them to do the business on the pitch.
