  1. It's not that obvious when you take it to bits and then put it back together that you can tilt out the window mechanism at the bottom of the door using the fixings right at the bottom! This will move the window glass in at the top to fit nice and snugly into the seal when the door is closed.
  2. You'll have to check out the wiring on the spots closer to the bulb and didconnect them from you existing wiring harness. Very easy really.
  3. That's just reminded me how ridiculously expensive they are. I've just bought a pair of front ventilated disks for my van , they're 300m dia. They cost me £37.60 for the pair , a good make too -QH
  4. Steve Manley will probably give you the best price, he's a Toyota parts bloke from the Oxford area and he will send them in the post.
  5. You've got to have a power and earth wire running to the main beam bulb, connect the spot lights to these points directly - just before the bulb, at the rear of the headlight unit. Obviously you'll draw more current through the main beam wiring. Or do you want to be able to switch them on with the dipped headlights too? You must live in a very dark place!
  6. No. You did ask , no point in saying it's great when it's not!
  7. 52536-14030.... RETAINER FRONT BUMPER SIDE, LH 52535-14030.... RETAINER FRONT BUMPER SIDE, RH
  8. Boot rubbers 67293-14051 I got my EPC from Ebay,I think you can download it somewhere on here. Do you just want the part numbers for the two strips alone? (left and right).
  9. Bulbs 84999-70009 Here's a pic of the bumper, is it the one with the arrow? You better search for the windows rubbers and boot rubbers, the part numbers come up often, I don't want to look on the EPC and give you the incorrect part numbers (especially for the window seals)
  10. I wouldn't necessarily assume your present alarm is wired correctly, it wasn't on mine. I fitted mine properly.
  11. You cannot buy just the cables from Toyota, the unit costs around £70 or so. Jezzybabes will no doubt have a secondhand one for you, but how long will it last? I fixed mine with a couple of bike cables from Halfords but it's a little fiddly as you have to cut them to length and have a way of anchoring the ends etc.
  12. No regrets at all. I would recommend getting an exhaust which you can fit a baffle in the rear box to make it quiter for long journeys etc.
  13. I got my sandwich plate from: I had to buy a deeper 26mm socket to tighten it up, again off ebay. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Anodised-Oil-Temp-Adaptor-Sandwich-Plate-Toyota_W0QQitemZ220099022558QQcategoryZ122140QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  14. I can speak a little Japanese. At the start he said , "It would've looked nicer in red" .
  15. You could ask on the Australasia Supra Forum. Yes, that's how you spell it!!!!!! http://www.supraforums.com.au/forum/
  16. You'll need some coarse wet and dry too, you won't damage it.

    The Apprentice

Both ideas that they came up with for the pet shop were absolutely pathetic! The way they elimate them isn't logical, you could be hopeless in business but you can get carried along by your winning team! I'm glad the posh one got sacked too, mainly because of the rambo belt as it was ridiculous.

    Fuel

No Tesco 99 stuff in the North East, missed us out and supplied Scotland instead!
  19. Very true! Definately, that's why I bought an oil temp gauge.
