  1. Any more pics, it's difficult to tell from this one?
  2. They don't. There might be a screw on the control box to adjust the sensitivity from vibration. The control box may well be hidden somewhere.
  3. No special tools required, socket set and spanners. Exhaust assembly paste is good for sealing between flanges on the new one.
  4. The earlier Nobles look like kit cars. It would be nice to buy a more modern looking cars but I cannot think of any worth having for around 15,000. A facelift VVTI gives you a lot of car for the money , nice wheels and subtle body changes.
  5. I don't like it. The combination of sharper lines with the Supra curves doesn't work.
  6. The paint they mixed for me was not even close!
  7. I've just had a look at mine, it's only about 5 inches long. A pair of long nose pliers will do the job, squeeze the clips together and pull them along the pipe. A liddle fiddly but not that difficult.
  8. LOL Just what I was going to say. Very impressive and so powerful!
  9. It's difficult to tell from the picture, but If you cannot see an easy way of replacing it there probably isn't one. If you can see where it's leaking from then it might be easier just to cut out the damaged section and replace it.
  10. You really need to take a wheel off and have a look. Pads don't always wear evenly, you need to check the inside to see if there's anything left on them. On the UK brakes there's a metal clip fitted which rubs against the disc to warn you when the pads are low.
  11. Stuff a rag in to fill the the duct!
  12. It's all relative, whatever you get when the car is running well is normal. Unless you fit a gauge and get a reading from a badly running car, which isn't that probable.
  13. You can get a sandwich plate for less than £30 on Ebay. Or get a tapped sump plug bolt, some here. I cannot remember the size. http://www.blitz-uk.co.uk/Product-25.aspx I fitted the sandwich plate , it's a little fiddly getting it tightened up. I bought a deeper socket to do this. There aren't that many threads for holding the oil filter in place either. If I had to do it again I would put it in the sump.
  14. Yes , without any doubt at all. It transforms the performance and you'll love the sound.
  15. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=41927 Personally I don't buy the Iridium ones as I don't think you have to spend that much to get plugs that work.
  16. Yes 20 ftlbs 27 Nm I don't torque things up like this, I just use my common sense and tighten them up evenly to something that feels right.
  17. I would've never thought that Toyota might sell it.
  18. Just like mine. The suppliers you rang are talking rubbish. Check out the website above and it tells you what's available.
  19. Anyway, you can get the ones that you want. Have a look at this supplier, both of your sizes are available in Goodyear Eagle F1's. http://ssl.delti.com/cgi-bin/reifendirekt.pl?dsco=10
  20. I've got 19's , it doesn't matter who the manufacturer is. What wheel widths have you got? I'm running Goodyear Eagle F1's in 245/35 and 275/30.
  21. 19's are great! Personally I like 5 spoke designs , it depends on how much you've got to spend and how long you want to wait really.
  22. No 1. The main focus is on the car and it looks at it's best in this one.
  23. Right on the border, I'm not sure if you'll get a definate answer. I think I would keep what you've got just to be sure.
