  1. NWS I was bored so I thought I would post a few Jackass II clips. I'm sure there'll be a fair few of you who haven't seen these. Definately worth watching. Johnny Knoxville and Fierce Bull The Toro Totter The Electric Stool The Valentine Big Red Rocket
  2. I was having a look on the EPC the other day, the negative cable that goes to the battery doesn't appear to be a short basic cable with connectors on each end. It's more like a harness specifically made for the Supra. You could try the member on here who salvages cars for a living -Jezz - QSD Performance Spares.
  3. I lost interest and didn't read the full post, I don't have a clue what you're going on about.
  4. No problem, I knew you were only joking. Not the one in the avatar, Barney is ginger and white.
  5. The animal lovers on here might understand. I've always to install a complete system like this, it's just the sort of thing I like doing when I'm off work. But the cat is the main reason, he's part of the family and gives us a great deal of pleasure and he's worth every penny.
  6. LOL You'll probably wouldn't believe the main reason I have for doing this. We live on a busy main road and the cat we used to have a number of years ago was killed on the road. So when we got another cat which we took in after we saw him dodging traffic on the road we decided to put a harness on him with a long cord attached to the washing line which would keep him in the garden. But he keeps getting tangled up and we've also got new neighbours who have two dogs. A couple a months ago a neighbour had a rabbit killed by the local fox. That's the reason for the CCTV so I can keep and eye on the cat in the evenings whilst I'm on the computer or watching the tv. I would never forgive myself if anything happened to him as he's obviously not aware of these dangers. The system I'm installing also has the facility for watching and recording footage from any computer via the internet.
  7. 100m is some distance but it's possible. I've built up a fair bit of knowledge, buying camera's, a DVR with 500GB and other gear to install in my system. But I'll obviously let Supra ST Myster sort it for you if he's in the business. I got a bargain off Ebay the other day, brand new Panasonic colour camera with lens for £83 delivered - £400 to buy from cctv shops.
  8. All J spec cars use the same belts. Timing belt...... 13568-49036 Auxilliary belt...... 90916-02310
  9. I based my statement on what was said by the only witness to come forward,it's no big deal. Very very few accidents are caused by mechanical failure.
  10. Thanks, I hope they've got some left.
  11. You should've kept it to yourself if you were thinking about bidding for it. Unless you're the one who's selling it!
  12. :idea:You could always measure one.
  13. Same here! Even if I had to the sell the car I wouldn't hesitate.
  14. I'm not sure what you mean. I've got no reason to dispute this statement. But I'll be more than happy to withdraw my comment if this incident wasn't his own doing.

    Tool kits

I bought a Halfords brand tool set a couple of years ago to keep in the van, the quality of the tools was fine. Definately better than the tool sets at Machine Mart. The £150 set looks comprehensive.Click I've got plenty of quality tools too.
  16. No need. The 11 in the product number is the gap that they're set at, they omitt the decimal point - 1.1mm .

    A very long shot!

This won't reveal a multitude of other possible faults though, you need to physically check the car out.
