    BPU and touring

Yes, it's just like any other car in terms of taking it easy with your right foot. You can turn the boost on the controller down too if you want to drive briskly and say hit 1.1 bar without having to do the limiting with your right foot. That's assuming that full BPU is 1.2bar. But you should fit a restrictor ring to limit boost to say 1.0 bar if necessary, and use the boost controller to give you that little bit extra upto 1.2bar.
  2. That engine bay is very very clean. Some of those decals on the front look like scuffs.
  3. Yes, but I would get one with a larger base like this one. http://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/product/details/et114-magnetic-base-push-onoff You can get both together from Ebay much cheaper, I'm sure the quality won't be any worse than that of Machine Mart and it will be adequate for what you need. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MAGNETIC-STAND-AND-METRIC-DIAL-GAUGE-DTI_W0QQitemZ230224803220QQihZ013QQcategoryZ64814QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  4. That's something I didn't know. Is it the same with other facelift changes?
  5. It's hard to believe that they're so desperate to resort to suicide. Their parents must be in complete turmoil, they obviously have to live with this until the day that they die - suicide is so selfish.
  6. You are correct. The side repeaters on the facelift car are on the bumper and not the wing.
  7. Only $60, approx £30 for my Volk Locking nuts at MVP.
  8. The link shows the full collection of Volk's wheels.
  9. Our first cat was exactly like this too, drying him just like a dog.
  10. The idiots don't realise that they're there for others to see you too.
  11. There'll be 7.5" then, the actual specified width is inboard about 0.5" on each side - the inner flanges like Ibrar has said (I measured mine before the tyres were fitted) .
  12. You can obviously look through all of his posts then to maybe learn more about the car.
  13. :blink::blink: For a secondhand one?
  14. Yes, it takes a while to get it just right. I personally wouldn't want to fit a secondhand unit as you've got know idea how long it's going to last for.
  15. I replaced the cables on mine, but you have to be able to make them to a specific length and fit terminations on the end. I got my brother to turn me some terminations on his lathe which I secured with small grub screws. There's an adjuster on the bottom of the door which will pull in or push out the window mechanism, this moves the top of the window to give you a good seal against the rubber. - it's easy to overlook this feature when putting it back together.
  16. I was very lucky, it was the first car that I had a look at too.
  17. I've got it. All this too, I was fortunate as I wasn't really aware of this stuff when I was looking for a car.
  18. Good news, that must be a load off your mind.

    Im new

Hello, good luck with the search.
  20. I have a RZ facelift with leather recaro's.
  21. There might be a guide somewhere, but here's a few pointers. Screws on the bottom , there's also a couple of plastic covers which conceal screws - located near the hinge. Also plastic rivets, push in the centre pin and the whole thing will pull out. If you remove the inside door latch, there'll be a bolt tucked away behind this (this is easlily missed).
