Occasionally I get to work in 3D for exhibition work / stand design. This afternoon I had a quick chance to play with Strata experimenting with lighting, textures and environments. I wanted to try and create a 'Carbon Fibre' weave texture,.. so naturally, I chose the Supras bonnet to experiment with. I can't claim credit for the base car but it was heavily re-worked and edited.

At SantaPod I watched this guy go around with a paint can spraying that rainbow effect onto chrome rims for a few quid. A group of Skylines had it done and it looked very good. Can't see it lasting long in this weather though.
