For members here having problems with the boot release, Simply fold down the back passenger seats. This gives you access into the boot from inside the car. Easy when you know how. Right,... anyone else have more questions!

Thats sucks. Really hope you get some positive news from the CCTV. Good luck getting it sorted. Any evidence of different paint left over from the car that bumped you? Have you asked colleagues if they saw anything?
