I hate it when you have a squirty bottle of tomato ketchup, it doesnt really matter if it is a branded make or a supermarket branded make, you know like heinz versus morrisons ketchup or branston pickle versus tescos own, now thats funny, branston pickle who are famous for their pickle, making tomato sauce. It is usually the branded tomato sauce you cannot keep the lid clean because it is so thick and if you leave it it goes all hard and cruddy, you dont really get that with the supermarket stuff as it is thin and runny. Also it tastes worse because it is so runny but at least it isnt like margarine which goes like plastic if you leave the top off the pot, you know why that is, well margarine is one molecule different from plastic, yes thats right one molecule, and we eat the stuff. Anyway getting back to tomato sauce, I have found in a recent taste test the tomato sauce tastes just as tomatoee as real tomato but I dont like real tomato, or raw tomato as it is, but in stuff like pizza or spag boll I dont have a problem. Oh I got a speeding ticket once which I didnt like

The attack on a pensioner and his wife travelling to see a show in the west end, by violent "students" was a sad indicment of society today, whilst everyone is entitled to protest, the sheer wanton vandalism shown by the "students" was quite frankly disgusting

I am a firm believer that when we die nothing happens, thats it lights out. We are an insignificant species on an insignificant speck of dust, yet we believe we are the masters of the universe. We dream of great things yet tha sad truth is, this planet is all we have, until we as a whole can start fixing the planet we will go nowhere. Sorry I am meandering, we as a race need to believe in something, our comfort/hope factor, yet while believing something better will come along we do nothing to achieve this goal. As individuals we may do, but as a society as a whole there is not the will to make it happen, rather belief in the hope that it will get better. Whilst I do not do religion anymore I am more a follower of Carl Sagan's address on the "Pale Blue Dot", until we can overcome our petty jealousies, many of which are driven in the name of religion, then belief will be stoked up by these same petty jealousies. Is there one god, perhaps, but looking at the world as a whole there are literally thousands of "gods", which one is right. Perhaps at the next evolutionary step we may understand more, or we may as a race be wiped out in the blink of an eye, but until that time comes I will believe what I believe
