Are you talking about the little tube that mounts in front of the SSQV?? if yes, i have one in the shop, somewhere.

I'm looking for a 5 speed N/A box with clutch and flywheel if possible. Box should be complete with driveshaft if possible (at least the front part). Money waiting. Thanks Dimitri

I have one, how much you want to pay. Cannot post the airbag though, only the wheel. Post office is a bit strict for airbags.

I understand what you are saying Tony, it's just what i'm seeing from experience. After 5,000miles the nuts will not be as easy to take off. Heat makes wonders man. Ceramic coating on the other side doesn't really do anything. You will see it yourself. The only thing it does, is just look good when new and very ugly after 6 months of running and temps. You will see things in the future. Best in terms of power and easiest to install kit ever is the T51 kit, in my opinion. The vband never have any leaks and they just are easy to install and uninstall. If you were doing that for a living you would have the same opinion with the people that work in my shop. In a few words they say "Death to the twin kits". It's such a pain to repair, and you cut your hands and then the balance pipe leaks, etc. etc., then the gate gaskets blow, forget it. Vband wastegates and v bands turbos, never leak. For your own shake though make sure you heat wrap the down pipes and put some expensive blankets on the turbos(like the BL ones), of course when you take them out they starting to disintegrate, but while on, they do the job. Since your steering wheel is on the right, you will feel the heat in the summer, you will see. GOOD LUCK.

Tony, you have so much patience my friend. My personal opinion about the fabrication, is that heat will create a lot of problems on brakes and valve covers. Watching your pics, i'm now 100% sure that the blitz kit was a gimmick from the blitz factory. If it wasn't they would have supplied all the parts to make it a kit. But now with just 2 manifolds, 2 gates and blowers, it's just basically not worth anything. I thing your cost will be a lot higher at the end than buying a new hks twin kit and installing two big ones 3037s on. On the other hand you will see that the twin kits on repairs, they are a bitch, too many things to take out. What if the gasket of the rear gate needs to be changed, or the blower's gasket. Good luck from the bottom of my heart. But when you want big, better go with an HKS SPL kit and you're done, install is 2 hours max, and piping is a breeze and ready for you. Simple, big, and easy to install. Good luck again. Cheers Dimitri P.S. don't get me wrong i love the complexity looks of it, it's just the repair part that i hate, and since you are doing it all by yourself, man, you're gonna have some fun. I hope your buddies bring the beer and food, because every repair will take a few get togethers to be fixed.

Hello guys, anybody got any of these. I need the front part, the rear is not needed. Please let me know. Last night my brother twisted his propshaft, and i have 2 in stock at all times. Now stock is down to 1, so we need another one or two. Let me know. Cheers and thanks P.S. Auto propshaft is welcome as well, as it can be modified to the 6 speed lengths.

2JZGTE single turbo engine with a lot of extras
dk_supra replied to dk_supra's topic in Parts for Sale
Sorry i forgot the cost of the 2 walbros, and the extra fuel line. But this is really very small maybe about 400-500 pounds at the most. Transmission wise you can keep your stock transmission if manual, or i can install a stock auto for free. Getrag 6 speed is of course additional but very feasible. -
2JZGTE single turbo engine with a lot of extras
dk_supra replied to dk_supra's topic in Parts for Sale
Pretty easy, the work to install is going to be around 2k pounds, and whatever it costs you for the aem, dli and aem sensors, minor details might be needed, but your budget should be around that area. Vehicle should be driven or shipped to Greece. Cost of shipping the vehicle is around 500 pounds, and driving 1000 pounds. -
is it with harness, if yes, i'll buy it
-
when i used to run 1.5 and more, i was always seeing deposits there. From that point i always welded the bungs on every car i do
-
Weld the aluminum bungs for the injectors on the inlet manifold, they leak on high boost.

2JZGTE single turbo engine with a lot of extras

List is modified, I installed on the engine PS pump, AC Compressor and harness today. Now it's totally complete. I will post pictures tomorrow -
I just finished last night another nice engine package. 2JZGTE block 35,000klm (180psi on every cylinder compression) perfect engine Built head 5 angle job, Aftermarket springs, new valve seals, and HKS 264s on it, perfectly shimmed of course Stock intake manifold with 850cc side feeds, dual feed rail. PT67 turbocharger with approx. 7534klm on it, no play, no smoke, HKS 50mm wastegate with 1 bar spring (additional 1.4 bar spring) XS manifold modified to my likes, flanges, skimming etc, it looks and performs flawless. Oil lines etc, air lines for wastegate, and fuel lines all with AN connectors.New cam belt, new iridium plugs, coil packs included. Boost logic Crank pulley. ARP studs on the head Harness Included from a UK Spec car AC Compressor Power steering Pump Alternator New V belt. We run this engine on a Mercedes for 7534klm, customer wants to go for something a lot more aggressive, so we are building another engine for him, we are selling it because it a shame to change the internals of a perfect stock block. The engine doesn't consume any oil, never smokes and really goes very well. We have run this with 550cc injectors at 1.1 bar at 97% duty cycle to keep the AFR to 11.5. Then we installed the 264 cams and the 850cc, and run it at 1.5 bars and we were running between 79-81 % duty cycle for the 11.5 AFRs. That's all of course on 100 octane pump gas. It was of course running on an AEM ecu with HKS DLI. This is a long block capable of easily 680rwhp at 1.5 bars Price of this is 10,000 pounds and it includes the tuning of your AEM when you install it in your vehicle. Meaning my plane ticket, accomodation, and tuning of the car. Engine can come with either mid sump for Supra, or front sump for any other vehicle. If don't need the tuning part then price is down to 9000 pounds. Cheers Dimitri

Possible engine for sale with a lot of goodies.
dk_supra replied to dk_supra's topic in Parts for Sale
Thanks Kostas, indeed it is very well built and with the new blowers it's vey fast even on the low end. Dionysis (my brother) just wants something a little lighter and torquier, for drifting. You know his driving style, and his weekend excursions to the track. It's a very nice setup and whoever gets it will be very happy for a lot of miles. -

I know but this is the price and i'm sure there is a buyer out there for it, plus he or she will have an extra complete engine to sell for another 1500 pounds. Of course if the car comes to Greece then i can come up with a trade with the old engine, for the labor to install everything. Oh well this is as far as i go, he is not in a hurry to sell it, since the 1UZ motor is already here, so no biggy, he will just take it a little bit slower this year in modifications. -

Basically you come over, you drive it, if you like it, you buy it and you just do an engine transplant and put the key on and fire it up, no tuning, no fixing, no extra labor. It's a turn key solution. Expensive but not as much as if you buy these items individually, even if they are used. Just to think out loud for everybody, used prices are (in pounds) 2JZGTE used 1500 HKS turbo kit with 2835s 4000 3037 x2 1800 aem package 2000 fuel system 1500 fmic 1200 cams 600 clutch 1000 bearings, rings, gasket set, studs 600 tuning 600 Polishing 400 Aeroquip connections for air, oil, coolant 500 That's like 16000 pounds in parts, if one can find them and not to add all the shipping that it includes, and not to add all the missing parts, and the rest i'm forgetting easily you can exceed the 20k without install and labor. Engine of course will come with a either J spec harness or a UK spec harness , depending on buyer's needs. So this motor is a complete plug and play. This is because my brother's vehicle is a LHD, so i have to change the harness if it will be sold to the uk. Anyway cut a long story short, if you ask me, i think it's a bargain. Because the hours that were spent on this engine configuration were really priceless. New turbo, cams, everything to the last screw. That's why it's very important that it comes as a running package, and not as parts, because when you send parts, screws are forgotten, gaskets, etc. or lines are crimped. You know how it is. You buy something and in order to make it work you end spending long hours and extra money for missing stuff. This is a one time deal, because it's not crashed and you can drive it also. His plans are 2 more cylinders and a v configuration, with bigger turbos. He wants something really wild, for his drifting habbits, because the 2JZ is very heavy in the front, while the 1UZ put more weight in the middle. Anyway sorry for the long post. Cheers Dimitri -

I know it's a lot of money, but it's everything, engine, fmic, fuel system, turbo kit with big blowers, cams, built head, clutch, aem with sensors and wb02, and tuning included. And it's completely done, so labor is for free basically. -

That's exactly how much the two wastegate springs will run you with shipping. Oh i forgot to mention shipping of this engine is not something extreme as anybody would think of. It will run you about 300 pounds and 5 days to get it to your place from Greece. cheers Dimitri -
There is a possibility that we will have for sale an engine with the following specs 2JZGTE Build Head springs, 5 angle job, etc. etc. New rings - bearings (8000klm) ARP studs HKS twin turbo kit with GT3037s (8000klm) HKS wastegates with springs 1.2 bar 880cc Siemens injectors complete fuel system with Aeromotive, dual walbros, fuel rail etc. HKS 264s cams Boostlogic front pulley AEM ECU with map and IAT mapped (dynoed at 1.2 bars 728rwhp on pump 100 octane) AEM wideband gauge HKS DLI TRD oil cap PowerHouse Kevlar timing belt New iridium plugs HKS type R intercooler with piping and HKS ssqv BOV Aeroquip fittings are all over the connections, oil, coolant, fuel, air, no cut costs on anything. Polishing is done to all the aluminum surfaces. HKS triple disc Clutch Red Limiter on this engine is 8500rpm, and it can sure run up to 9200, wirthout any issues, if we install 272's. All completely running, it's on my brother's car and he is thinking about something a bit more crazy at the moment. So he is checking out the market if there is anybody that wants the complete package. You can come for a test drive if you are serious. Air tickets to Greece are only like 250 Euros. He wants really serious offers, because as you can see he has spent like an arm and a leg making this perfect. I think this is the dream of everybody or somewhat close to that. The car is extremely fast, as anybody could guess, and can only be compared with really fast superbikes. Cheers Dimitri P.S. the new project is something really really scary.
