  5. i think it´s a 12mm banjo, but get the kit so you can be sure about it.
  6. http://www.supras.nl/ scroll a little bit down and you will see the kit I bought as well. cheers
  7. From what I tried, Stoptech discs crack all the time, and the pads that they give are junk out of the box. The calipers are fine, no worries there. Brembos are awesome but you have to get the monobloc setup which are big big big bucks. Grex kits are Brembos Endless are perfect, they should be the standard to be compared as they are unreal. But they have an issue, they have too much of a stopping power, and you will be locking the tyres before you get used to them (thank god for the abs) Rotoras are very good, but I hate how the floating rotors make noises when they warm up. You think they will explode for real. Other kits like Kad, Hispec,D2 etc. I will not even discuss, they are very low budget, good for what they are, but not for a high speed vehicle. And now we come to my choice of the JBTs. Well I was afraid in the beginning before I got the kits. Stopping power is incredible, repeatability excellent especially on high speed chases, looks they look as any big brake kit (everybody likes it), quality of calipers and flex of them I don't know. But for sure they are not Brembos monobloc, but i cannot see any issues with them. Please take into consideration that the car is a street car and not a time attack car. So I cannot judge for this kind of scenarios. If I was going to build a time attack ride then brembos with ONLY slotted rotors would be the choice. On the rears of the JBT i had to file the bracket about 2mm on the corner on the bottom of each side because it was a clearance issue with the ball joint if my memory serves me well. And I used the spacers of 1/4 mm that they had for the caliper mounting, in order to clear the rotor from the caliper. BUt of course the brackets of the calipers are big like they are going to hold a ship while breaking. The fronts got in as they were out of the box. No noise from the brakes at all, and no issues with braking when cold or hot. I hope I helped a bit. Cheers Dimitri
  8. JBT setup and the price is very good. As for stopping power i cannot compare them to anything but my buddies 997 tt, with the pccb setup. Several braking from 330km/hr, and they could care less. Of course I have the 380mm 6 piston front and 360mm 4 piston rear. As for bolt on, it couldn´t be more bolt on. You just need 19's. Call Arnout to hook you up, easier to get it from the Netherlands. http://www.suprasport.nl
  9. If you replace the check valve then the fuel pressure is forcing 100% of the time the pump bearings and internals. This way you are putting extra wear and tear on the pump for no reason. Result i have seen a 044 fail in about 7,500km due to this mistake running at 4,5-5 bars on full boost, that's like 3bars on 0 pressure. So it is wiser to keep the check valve, or just buy an inline one from aeromotive or some other company. BUT YOU need a check valve. This is how an EFI system should work. Think about all the pulses of the injectors, hitting the pump, if there is a check valve, no fuel vibration will even come close to the pump. Cheers Dimitri
  10. because it´s that kind of a check valve, that you can only use a banjo.
  11. it did fine with me. Although i did it a little bit different on my car. I bought aeroquip banjo, with 6 an, then went to a 6an 130 degrees fitting then to 6an braided and then went through the top with a 6an fitting. But keep it simple with the banjo of ebay and it will work just fine.
  12. And you can only fit a banjo fitting on it.

  15. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/rally-044-fuel-pump_W0QQitemZ360071837610QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item360071837610 check the fitting on the right.
  16. I'll find something in the old files, i should find something for you. Otherwise I'll get pictures tonight in the shop, from a new 044. Cheers
  17. It's supposed to be on the pump and then run a Banjo from the 044 to feed the fuel line.
  18. There is something really wrong in the whole install. You guys have removed the one way check valve that the 044 has. That's not clever, coz the pump will die in the long run from the pressure. I have 2 of this in my car, one intank and one outside. You NEED the one way check valve to protect the pumps on high boost from the constant high fuel pressure. Cheers Dimitri
  19. I have one, name your offer.
  20. yeaps, i need the unit to be complete though, not a bolt missing. Cheers
  21. Interested in the complete unit. Please send pictures of the complete unit.
  22. As the title says, I need a fusebox, with wiring and cover, all the way to the firewall please. With relays and fuses please. Better be in good shape, coz its going in a pretty sick project.
