For some reason my WMP has stopped being able to stream music wavs from the server. When I click on the progress bar the music just starts from the beginning instead of from where I click. This is very annoying as I am trying to sequence songs for my album so I need instant access to anywhere in the song for reference. I have no idea how to fix it so I am looking for an alternative to WMP. There are loads available, but which is good? Suggestions welcome (apart from Quicktime) please!

You obviously need something to do with your time and ideally something to challenge you and give you something to work towards. Classic example is doing some sport or fitness. Otherwise DIY/mechanics/gardening or something would give you something to get interested in and get rid of the ennui. Get out there and try something new there are loads of interesting things to do.

What action could they take? This kind of thing has been threatened before by others in the past and the club always immediately backs down. Has any such action ever actually been taken? I doubt it and if it did I doubt it would get very far either.

I did a rally driving course at Silverstone, they have a muddy field next to the track. It was fast as you like, the instructor kept telling me to go faster! Then at the briefing at the end when I came 2nd he said I drove like a nutter and he was on the edge of his seat throughout

The book sounds interesting enough but won't it be preaching to the converted? Or would it really be of worth to a total non-scientist, like my missus for instance, who didn't even study any of the sciences at school let alone get a qualification in any of them.

Personally I haven't been caught watching, but when I returned home for the holidays at the end of term at university my room had been tidied and my private stash under the wardrobe was missing. Thanks mum Also my dad, who remarried and now lives in the US, called me one day to ask me if I had left any porno DVDs behind the boiler? I said yes and he breathed a sigh of relief. Apparently his missus thought they were his, and being a strict Quaker she hadn't spoken to him for a week! I must admit it was hard looking her in the eye for a while after that

I was reading this and I just wondered what people's views on it were. I think the comments at the end say much more than the article itself, and I think the one by Nigel Williams sums it up best for me. I think I know what most blokes will say - there's nothing wrong with it, unless the missus says so!
