Because anything costing an 18 year old student £2800 is expensive, not just car insurance. But if it's mum and dad picking up the bill it doesn't really matter what it costs, does it?

America as a society is moribund with its addiction to non-stop shopping and commerce. Europe on the other hand has far more draconian laws when it comes to opening times - in parts of Germany for instance if you run out of food on a Friday you'll starve until Monday. In the UK we're somewhere between the two. The restricted opening times on a Sunday can be a relief as well as an inconvenience, not just for workers but shoppers too. See the downtime as an enforced break that your boss might give you when you've been putting in a long shift at work.

The story is this: a girl was out with friends having drinks on King St (in Toronto). This guy approaches her and won't leave her alone saying how cute she is. She finally gives in and hands the guy her business card to get rid of him. Here is a youtube of not one but TWO voicemails this guy left. This goes down in the history books (especially the second voice mail). After hearing them you can clearly see why she didn't call him back, instead she called in to the Z103.5 morning show & had them play this on the air. Check it

11. sell the Supra and buy a Prius One thing that riles me is the enforcment of stupid one way systems and no-turns-allowed meaning a mile or two is often added to a journey which could easily be much shorter therefore saving more fuel

Can someone explain why there are any restrictions at all, not just money but car mods too? Why can't there be unlimited budget and unlimited things that you can do to the car to make it go fast, isn't that the whole point of the thing?
