Yes I checked and that's almost correct, it's the 0.5% bit that's linked to the RPI. They're grumbling about other things too like working conditions, but like many people have said before me this is a 'beggars can't be choosers' type economy we're in.

They don't expect to get 5%. That's just their starting position for haggling towards what they expect to achieve, which might be 2 or 3% or perhaps less. What they have been offered is pay that is linked to the RPI which is currently negative ie a pay cut.

According to this they are on over £40k per year.

Are you using the same photographers as last year? I think they will be the best people to ask as they will know which positions and angles will work best etc. It's their job after all!

Unless you have carefully studied the details of the policy proposals of ALL the various candidates and parties concerned then how can anyone be properly informed as to who to vote for? I think that most people vote with their minds tuned to their own individual prejudices, hearsay and what they read in the paper or heard down the pub. Which makes a mockery of the whole process. As such I find it impossible to cast a vote on something that I feel unqualified for, so I don't vote.

Depends on your car but over £100 for sure. I don't bother myself but then I don't insure anything unless I have to.
