yes it is alarmed but I have to park on the street and that's usually too far away to hear if it goes off. I have had no problems like this in 2 years, now it is 2 in 2 days, so maybe my luck just ran out. My car is gunmetal and not all bling so it should not attract too much attention, I don't think the damage is personal against the car, just shit drivers who are inconsiderate and careless. I have to get the whole side patched up and resprayed, and the front wing of the other.

veilside titanium weighs less than 10lb and sounds the business BUT is expensive. Most people go for blitz nur spec. Look up decat or bpu in the search thingy, there is plenty of info, and deffo worth doing for cheap easy way of getting significantly more power

It was too deep so I have to get the whole side resprayed inc front wing. I'll get the indicator off paul E, it was way too much hassle getting from ebay last time, it ended up taking 2 months the sellers were fcuking useless

Another day, another scrape. This is getting tedious now and I am beginning to think someone is doing it deliberately. Front clear indicator has been sheered off on the drivers side plus scrapes and scratches on the panel. Only yesterday I posted pictures up of a 5 foot long scrape along the passenger side, now this happens the day after. I only noticed when I went to the bodyshop to get a quote to fix it, now for both scrapes the quote is pennies short of £1000. I am fuckin well pissed off I can tell you I have far better things to do with my time and money sorting out shit like this.

Yes that helps, thanks! I've never had need to use MANU on the road, but I can see that for track use it's essential. I suppose I just don't drive crazy enough on the road to warrant its use

Is there any difference in using a) MANU mode and b) just shifting between gears with O/D off?

Nice try but I park on the street near work, never had a problem like this before and been doing this for 2 years. It is pretty usually safe round here, esp for London. The mobile repair people say it is too big for them to come out, so it looks like a proper job then which means £500 minimum at a guess. I better get it sorted quick cos of the Ace Cafe meet on July 4 (shameless plug)!!!

I didn't notice this until this morning as it was dark when I left work last night and it's on the passenger side. But some inconsiderate crap driver dumbfuck has left the mother of all scapes down the side of my car. As you can see from the pics it must be 5 foot long and 4" wide. It is so big they MUST have known they were doing it as they were doing their dumbass parking manouvre. Fuckin fuckwits piss me off. It is white and red paint, the scratches are long but hopefully not too deep. I need one of those mobile scratch/dent removers, any recommendations welcome.

I am making good use of the sunny weather too by driving the thing with the window down and checking the exhaust notes. Such a simple pleasure

Here are some problems that you may encounter: - people slagging you cos it's 'only' a toyota - kids might scratch or key your supra cos they are jealous little wnakers - speeding fines cos 100mph feels like 60mph - disapproving looks from the neighbours cos of the big meaty exhaust - a wallet that is permanently empty cos you cannot resist the mods - jealousy from your g/f or wife cos of all the babes that suddenly take an interest in you I could go on and on

As one of the 2 boro fans on this site I'm not terribly impressed, he has some good qualities yes but nowhere near ready for the job, if the FA boot him out cos he does not have the qualifications it won't be the end of the world
