  1. I had a puncture in one of my rear tyres this weekend while up north and I had to get back to london, and the only tyre the garage had that would fit was a pirelli. I was lucky to find a garage open on a sunday. The bloke said were good and were usually used for the porsche 996. So now I have one rear tyre that is pirelli, and the other is Eagle F1. Is that Ok, or should I: 1 - get another pirelli to match the new one OR 2 - ditch the pirelli (cost me £170 ) and get another F1 OR 3 - leave as is - is it Ok to have 2 different rear tyres?

  10. He claims 6 full time employees are on the case to make sure database is up to date. True that 100% is a wild claim to make, I mean NOTHING is 100% is it? But even 99.9% ain't bad. I have been considering getting a road angel for some time, but this one will surely warrant further investigation before I decide which to get. It does sound like it's still at the beta stage tho.
  11. I remember mine vividly. I had a Celica at the time about 5 years back. I was in a Texaco garage off City Rd in London, and there was a silver supra at the pump next to me. I felt 1 inch tall, cos here was another Toyota that looked like it would piss all over my Celica (which I was quite proud of) in every department. I knew then that I HAD to have one... took me a few years saving etc, but WELL WORTH IT and I am still well chuffed to this day

  17. my advice to all cyclists and motorcyclists is to assume you are invisible - that no other motorist can see you - cos you never know when someone is gonna pull out right in front of you whether its a junction, overtaking, whatever

  21. Oh and by the way, I know how stig feels. I was arrested in Texas for trespassing on the desert. The DESERT FFS!!! Wilderness, middle of nowhere sandy nothingness full of rocks, sand dunes and cactus! Apparently, it was private land. Cost me 3 days of my life in jail. I ask you!
