The point is that she would have won whether the racism/argument took place anyway. Maybe she wouldn't have got 64% of the votes, but she still would have won.

We're going for a pub lunch tomorrow with my friend over from Russia. So we will show her some English countryside in the Chilterns and go for a walk etc. I thought that would be the best place, and the fact that we have to drive up my favourite road (the A41) to get there had nothing to do with the decision to go there

Went to visit B&Q - via a 30 mile detour cos I haven't been in the supra for a while. Our lass didn't realise until we were almost there, when she finally asked if we were going the right way. She's alright about it, lucky for me she's very understanding

I just realised that I will be 40 next year. Wow time flies. Does that mean I will be an old git? If I have a Supra, and wear 'youngish' clothes, will I be an old git, trying to act like I'm young? Is 40 the new 30? Is this what a mid life crisis is all about? Questions questions.
