I can recommend the edfc too, soft for the missus and hard for proper driving, plus all levels in between. So much better than stock

You don't just 'get' a cat?! Spare some thought for its welfare after the mice have gone. They live for 14+ years, need attention, feeding, vets etc etc etc. Once the mice have gone, the cat stays! Like most people suggest, get some traps. You'll have to get used to removing mice with bulging eyes, broken spines, cleaved skulls and blood. But they do work.

It's a difficult one. To ban guns in the US, like we have in the UK, would be like banning cigarettes or alchohol. Or drugs. In other words, impossible, it would just drive it underground. The only way forward is education. If people realised the MISERY caused by death, to the friends and family of the victim's loved ones, then people might think twice. Hollywood rarely shows the grief and sorrow caused by gun deaths. It's like 'bang bang your dead' and then onto the next scene. The same with news reporting. And as for video games, don't even go there. Until people with guns begin to realise and understand the devastating consequences of their actions upon firing them - not just what happens to THEM ie the time they spend in jail or the death penalty - then there is little hope for any sense or restraint to prevail.

Picture the situation. I am at the front of a traffic queue at a red light. You're in your police car immediately behind me with your siren going crazy and your blues flashing.
