    Hi All

    Welcome Looks very nice
  2. Has anyone had any experience of these? If so what do you think?
  3. Electroluminescent wire It doesn't have to be that one in particular
  4. It's M reg if you enlarge the pic showing the front end
  5. What I may do is try the LED's without changing the resistors first, just to see how much difference there is, between the ones that were originally green and orange, when they are changed to blue. For the cost of the resistors, I can soon pick up some higher resistance ones if I decide to fit them. Thanks for the info Simon
  6. For the heater controls you need 16 x 3mm Blue LED's 1 x 6v2 diode or for dimmer lights 1 x 5v6 diode 7 x 390R resistors to match the brightness of all the LED's as the amber and green use different currents. The resistors aren't required if you don't mind variation in the brightness from what where the old green and amber LED's
  7. Just ordered the bits from Maplins to do the job apart from the bits for the dials they will be the next job That should keep me entertained for a couple of hours

  12. Nice one Rob!! Now you will be able to come to the meets and not feel embarrased
  13. It was a good turnout especially on the Supe front! It was good to meet some new people and see some of the regular crowd. Just can't wait until the weather is a bit warmer again. Thank god the Supes have good heaters
  14. Forgot to mention they also come under HB3 and HB4 part numbers
  15. I got them from http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk I ordered them by phone and they arrived the following day
  16. I just changed mine for Xenons. The bulbs sold here are different. I used 9005's for the main beam and 9006 for the dipped, but the 9006's do need quite a bit of filing to adapt them. it is possible to use the 9005's in both lamps the only real difference is in the wiring connector, you will need to remove the plastic ridge inside the bulbs connector so that you can get the wire back on. Getting the bulbs back in is a PITA also I ended up taking the headlights out which made it so much easier.
  17. Parked on Sanderson Way in Tonbridge this afternoon around 4:45pm reg was something like N*** FKE Was it you?
