I have searched on this topic either im not putting in the correct information or im just thick but the problem I have is this:My auxilary belt tensioner (gas strut?) seems to be pushing the tensioner pulley right towards the power steering pulley and the belt seems pretty slack,I would take it that the belt is knackered and requires replacing but what else is needed,Do I need to buy a new tensioner or anything else to remedy my problem Thanks in advance Tim

Have a quick check on the pipe work by the bulk head,I keep blowing pipes there!

To what I'm referring to that the piece of rubber trim surrounding the window is an incorporated piece of the glass,The rubber cannot be removed from the glass like the front and back

Just letting you guys know that the rear quater lights come with the windows,They are fully encapsulated meaning the trim is non removable,The front windscreen trim is removeable but there is a possibilty of breaking the glass in the process as the trims are bonded in with the screen so once removed they need to be stuck back in using a polyurethane glue,Also because of the hardness of the trims they are better heated up and go in more smoothly,the back window trim should be alright to be removed from the screen by heating it up around it which should then give enough movment to remove it,Once the trim cools it will be back hard again so to put it back in the best thing to do is get a large plastic bag,Put a few large holes in it,Put the trim in the bag then close the end over a hair dryer and let it get warm in the bag for 5 minutes or so,If theres anything i missed then dont hesitate to ask!

Im sure I would be corrected and im still unsure as to why nobody has made the suggestion that if he had of just knocked the ignition off the steering lock would not have come and and also by leaving it in drive with the ignition off would have still provided power to the steering as the engine would have been still turning but also slowing him down at a lot less rate than the roundabout

There is an interior shot which shows that the gear stcik is sat rather high,So i'm guessing its not got the Getrag in it

What you want to do is wire all the lives to the ignition live,That wat=y the gauge will illuminate when you turn the ignition on and wont go out when you turn the lights on

According to the DVLA my vin plate reads J2A80!
