  1. Well TBH, its a bit of a no brainer. Don't remap it
  2. It would be a shame to see you go. For the sake of a tenner, surely its worth staying?
  3. OK, for the uninitiated A (body) dozer is an assortment of hydraulic rams and fittings used to push or pull car bodies back into shape. For a pic look HERE HTH
  4. Dave, if you're looking for £12k + for a car, you really need to do a bit better than a couple of thumbnail pics from a mobile phone. High quality photos showing the car in all its glory will attract a lot more interest. The car looks nice, but TBH, a shed would look nice in that size pic Good luck with the sale
  5. Just a wild guess Jake, but I suppose it isn't the fuel filter that's become (partially) blocked
  6. If you are sitting next to someone who's irritating you on a plane, train, bus.... 1. Quietly and calmly open up your laptop case. 2. Remove your laptop. 3. Boot it up. 4. Make sure the person bothering you can see the screen. 5. Open your email client to this message. 6. Close your eyes and tilt your head up to the sky. 7. Then hit this link: http://www.thecleverest.com/countdown.swf
  7. Yep lifer here Most other car clubs I belong to want £30 per year!
  8. Sorry, we do our best Hope it works OK for you
  9. Or if that seems a bit complicated, and I'm sure if you don't work in IT it probably does;) As long as the files he is sharing aren't of a sensitive nature you could always use Hamachi. http://www.hamachi.com download the application onto both PCs enter your chosen network name and password. File sharing is setup automatical (as long as it is enabled on the respective PCs) You can even run Remote Desktop over it. I use it for getting to my workshop machine from a variety of different locations and it works well. Just understand that any information moved across the network has to go through 3rd party servers. So official secrets are probably a no no
  10. I must admit I wasn't aware of a discount as such, more an understanding of what a Supra is, its true value, like for like compensation for mods and an agreed total loss value if the worse happened. If the premium is still competitive with all that, then its a bit of a no brainer really discount or not
  11. Yeah, but these are American HP
  12. I've got the Orange SPV M3100 version of it, and I'm happy with it
  13. FFS I really can't believe this. So sorry to hear this Yulia. I just give up with humanity
  14. Up until recently I used to help run 2 slimming clubs. As Martin is saying, its definitely "slow and steady wins the race. I've known lots of people do really well, but it's really 95% in the mind. If you're really determined to do it, it's easy, if you're doing it because you feel you ought to, its a lot more difficult. Have a look on http://www.slimming-world.com/ If you want a copy of the latest eating plan book, drop me a PM And the real answer to weight loss is "Eat less crap, do more exercise"
  15. You'll get it from your local Halfords or any decent motor factor. Something like Bluecol will do the trick, but there's a variety of makes around, and they're all the same sort of stuff. I doubt if it'll go brown with a HG failure, mainly because it starts off blue or green TBH there are so many other ways of detecting things like this that IMO its not worth worrying about. In reality, Toyota 4life is just ethylene glycol pre mixed with distilled water, but sold with an air of mystery surrounding it, so people pay the exhorbitant price for it. If you want a second opinion, talk to CW, I'm pretty sure he'll say the same.
  16. Surely trying to flush out tap water with a hosepipe, is an exercise in extreme futility Just drain it down as best you can, both rad and block, then refill with your coolant of choice. You can use 4Life, if you're feeling rich, but a decent ethylene glycol antifreeze mixed with distilled water will do the job just as well, for probably less than half the cost
  17. I use http://www.legalsounds.com and at 5 cents per track, its not going to break the bank, especially at the current US Dollar exchange rate
  18. Yep, got them on mine. I must admit they do look good at night
  19. Wlan light on this router should flash regularly whether device is connected or not
  20. Have you tried disconnecting the power lead, then holding the button in, and then connecting the power and holding the button for 10 seconds. Make sure you've got a firmware upgrade on your PC, because it sometimes asks for it and you could end up with it completely dead If it still doesn't work then its probably faulty and you'll need to take it back to where you got it.
  21. D-link routers can be a right PITA To be honest. Although this does sound like it may have a fault if it doesn't work after a hard reset.
  22. Try a reset on the router. There should be a hole in the back where you can stick a paperclip. This "should" reset the router, although I have had problems in the past with D-Link routers refusing to reset until the reset operation has been performed a number of times. If not you can perform a "hard reset" the procedure will be in the manual, but you should download a firmware update from the manufacturers site, because D-link routers sometimes ask for it after a hard reset
