know what you mean mate, i saw a single turbo there for 19k, was scratched up like hell! i paid 15k for mine, feel riped off, but that will only happens once.

hey geoffvalenti, yeah the warrenty was with AON motorplan so hopfuly thats still valid, im going to phone them today to check. if not i might have to park it in the hood and hope some hommies take a liking to it:p its not major damage, but the underside at the front is a bit creased up. still a lovely car tho. yeah Dave i used to use Revs abit when i moved from my 106 to my sup, dont really go on much anymore, unless im checking their chick pics forum:p

Hi guys, i was just wondering if anyone bought their supra from JIC ? i bought my Jspec TT from them last year, and was pretty happy with it, but then when i tried to go back to them to disscus the 3yr warrenty they sold with it, i discovered they had gone bust. this was slightly alarming as they had my car booked in for some replacement parts to be fitted. since then ive had all the work done by someone else, i was just wondering what to do now tho as ive just found out my sup has suffered a front end shunt sometime in its life and they sold it to me as 100% class A condition, free of any previous shunts, now im looking for either some money back or a new supra. what do you guys think? sadly i personaly dont think ive got a leg to stand on, but i just wanted to check with you guys first . thanks

i dont supose anyone here knows anyone, or themselves want to buy a FTO body kit? its a veilside kit containing front bumper, side skirts and rear wing (no back bumper) the kit is as new unpainted. i also have the number plate D4 FTO for sale. i sold my FTO to get my supra and the guy who bought it didnt want the kit or the plate, his loss, its just sitting in my garage and i want to use the money to tune my supra i sometimes have problems logging on to the site so if anyones intrested can u also please email me. Hi ya, my supra (jspec) just failed its MOT, it failed on the front right brake binding, the ABS light is on and the ABS isnt working, the windscreen washers arnt working, and the windscreen wipers wont turn off! does anyone know anywhere around the berkshire area i could get someone to have a look at these issues? cheap as poss thanks

Hi guys, it seems ive got problems with my second turbo on my j spec , when driving the first turbo comes in fine, no problems there, but the 2nd turbo seems to be coming in later and later, when i first bought the car last nov the 2nd turbo came in about 3, 3.5k. then a few months ago it started to coming in around 4k, driving to work today there was a few times when it didnt come in till 5k!! and i almost got beaten in a drag race up a hill the other day by a 2ltr beatle what are the rev ranges that the turbos are ment to come in? ive never owned a turbo car before so im not sure what this is a sign off, and my knowledge of turbos is zero, so any help or advice would be most helpful. thankyou.

i had this at the weekend with my front brakes, one of the pistons was sticking out causing the car to juder greatly, i removed the caliper and got a g-clamp, clamped it up pushed it back in, then i removed the clamp, pressed the break to move it out slightly, then put the clamp back on, done this about 10times and it was as good as new well almost! hope that helps

the wheels are all on fine, and i checked the pressures, and all is good

Hi guys, driving home from work on friday, i noticed a weird feeling like i had a nail in my tyre, i got out, checked all round and the tyres were fine, good i thought, got home and parked up. then i took it out for a spin yesterday, and it still feels the same, but its getting worse, and it seems to be under breaking more than crusing, it feels like the car is slightly jumping up and down, tested it again today and its now a heavy shuder under breaking, and when driving at a constant speed i can feel it shudering and starting to make a slight grinding noise. can anyone point me in the right direction where to look for problems? getting a bit scared to drive it now! thanks

yes, its like the first speed, also the delay for the wipers doesnt work either.

the wipers are sometimes do stay off, like this morning i drove 38miles and had no problems with it in the off position, then i pull into work and they come on :s seems like a short somewhere?

Hi ya, ive got a problem with my windscreen wipers (front) where they just wont turn off, even when the wiper stalk is in the off position, the windscreen jets have stoped working to:S ive just had the windscreen stalk replaced and the problem is still here it looks pretty funny driving in beaming sun with my wipers going crazy lol! was just wondering if any of you have had this problem before? and if you have, how did you fix it? thanks

yeah thats what i thought, this place must have been a private dealer or something like that because i was sure toyotas offical line was they would fix any car from any where in the world.
