  1. Matt, These kits brian was mentioning in the thread - do they still exist? Any chance of me getting one?
  2. BTW Jake, just checked out your homepage - classy:D
  3. Aha! Cheers Jake! I'm crap with names so apologies to all!
  4. cool! Is he on the BBS? How do i get in touch with him?
  5. Yeah, the piccies... I'm guessing now they are not of your car - d'oh I'll get me coat then.
  6. Cheers guys - looks like G&B have a big following!! Personally i'd prefer something different looking, but have'nt seen anything else on offer as yet.......
  7. Hello all, Does nayone know any companys that do replacement auto gearknobs? The stock one i've got is just manky and clunky looking. I did fancy those razo joobies, but apparantly they dont make me anymore. Suggestions anyone??
  8. Soz mate, just curious, but lefthand drive? Where'd you get that from??
  9. Yeah, apparantly flat colours and pastel shades ( ) are the next big thing in body styling. Never did like flip paints anyway.
  10. Hmmmm, Shame - spent all that money, and i'm afraid i think it looks awful. All out of proprtion , and the front bumper just looks too tame, for some reason. Should've maybe gave it a bit more thought before starting.
  11. Hi, Have to agree with Peter sharp on his last...just whipped my TRD brace off yesterday and it's starting to show signs of corrosion around the pillar mounts. Nothing major, but may need refurbing in the future. Stiffens up the ride a bit tho'
  12. Hi attilauk, If i'm back home from work i'd be well up for this...
  13. Welcome m8! Nice looking car BTW
  14. Personally i'd steer well clear of red cars (unless it's a ferrari:D ) I had a mk3 supra before in red, and it was a pain to keep the paint looking good. The bonnet and roof gradually fade to that 'orrible pinky-whitey red kinda colour, meaning tons of T-Cut or whatever to keep it lookin' good. However, if constantly polishing your car is your thing, go ahead..
  15. 'Fraid not. If you just contact demontweeks, they'll put you right. The pod is black, so it fits in well with the cabin 'decor'.
  16. Check out Demontweeks, thats where i got mine from Cant remember how much it was, but it's good for three HKS guages anyway. Good luck m8
  17. Yup, great day out, good to put some faces to names The dragster was AWESOME, the stands and show cars were great and a fantastic turnout from our crowd :) Shame about the field tho'. I was the first to arrive (07.20ish), and i thought the marshall was taking the piss when he told me to park in a FECKIN' FILED :conf: Anyhoo, top day out.
  18. Cheers for that guys. phoned santapod earlier and they say you can pay on the gate, £12.50. See ya'll there
  19. For those with prioroty passes, what time are you planning on turning up tomorrow?
  20. You'll miss it when it's gone, i promise you m8;)
  21. Think mine was running at about 90-ish, with the sensor in the sandwich plate tween the oil filter and engine block. Dont think you want it going above 110-ish. Mine got to 135 when the head gasket went and the head warped beyond repair
  22. Well they say you need to scare yourself at least once a day to make sure your still alive;)
  23. Green Peace, You got problems with TDI then? Personally, i've used em quite a lot and they've always been helpful and got the stuff to me pronto.
  24. Hi m8, defo get oil temp and pressure. I blew the head on my soop recently, and the main indication was the oil temp guage rocketing up. The standard water temp guage stayed steady! I've got mine plumbed into an greddy oil cooler sandwich plate that sits between the engine and the oil filter.
  25. Definitley think it's a good idea to know the limits (of yourself as well of the car).
