Got my oil pump stripped and was checking what diameter I should drill the seal hole? I know 0.204" is 5.1mm but that is the size I have already, how much bigger should I go?

Your Aircon is for cooling only.

Don't use it, it will cause more harm than good. As John says use Dye or pressure test with Nitrogen however some small leaks are a nightmare to find. Common leaks I have found are from condensors and pipe seals, on average a car may lose 10-15% of gas over a 12 month period anyway. It is also best practice to have the system evacuated for any moisture, before re-gassing.

Can anybody help me out with part numbers for all the gaskets, oil seals, valve stem seals, etc. Basically everything I need to put my engine back together, I don't need the OEM headgasket as I am on the lookout for a 2mm Greddy or HKS gasket, thanks.

The wheels look like an old design, so even if you do find out what they are (I will check) they will more than likely be discontinued. I can help with 30mm spacers if required.

Goodyear F1 GSD3's are the best for the money, however Bridgestone S03's, RE050, Michelin Pilots, Pirelli P0's are also exceptionally good but not as cheap.
