Thanks for the comments on mine, all the good one's have already been mentioned. Here's an updated pic of my new one.

The expansion valve is attached to the evaporater the whole assembly slides out. To do this you will need to, De gas the system and undo the HP & LP pipes from the bulk head. Then remove the glove box and remove the white plastic cover underneath the airbox by un doing 5 or 6 screws (you will need a stuby Phillips for this). Once cover has been removed you will need to remove the thermistor from the evap coil, the evap and expansion valve can now be removed by sliding out as a complete unit. It is lso a good idea to clean out the drip tray and drain with anti bacterial cleaner.

I am currently using a turbofit clamp and have tried everything so far, I'm going to strip everything down and check the flange seats. I need a 3" clamp.

I am having problems trying to clamp my downpipe, can't seem to get a good seal. Can anybody recommend a good quality V band clamp?
