What's been done to it so far? is the evaporator & pipework still in the system?

Chasis leg doesn't look as if it's been touched the small section of the rear floor pan looks creased, may also need a back panel.

Not cost effective IMO, best buying a car with aircon as standard.

As somebody already mentioned a single turbo car will be much louder than a twin setup. I had a HKS Super dragger on my single turbo car and it was approx 25% louder on the single compared to it being on the twin setup.

It's possibly a faulty pressure switch, try the AC diagnostics to see what faults show up.

The Falken FK451 has always been a skimpy tyre in comparison to others of the same width, The FK452 is much better and on par with others of the same width, hence your rubbing issue.

There is no arch liner on the rear John, the Bridgestones have a much squarer shoulder compared to the conti's hence the rubbing. I think if you have the arches rolled very slightly you should be OK without cracking any paint.

20mm Offset Front And 25mm Rear Offset

The front veilside arches are mainly cosmetic, so don't really add any extra width. the front's with 20mm offset is to low and will foul the arches. The rears with veilside arches won't sit flush with 25mm offset. -
