Have you checked fuses in th offside kick panel?

No pollen filyers to be found on a Supra's. Aristo's, GS300's have a rectangular shaped filter located in the glove box area.

Yeh they do a 4 motion version, the Transporter is a much better van than the Vito. The other good thing is wheel choice you can fit Range Rover and X5 wheels which are ideally load rated for the van, I have 22's on mine

Yep, measured from outer edge of tyre sides.

It is insanely wide, I measured the track width for the rear 2240mm, rear arch is modified BN with Veilside overfenders. I will hopefully get a post going soon in projects.

No need to remove motor, all you need is is 12V+ and Earth direct of your battery connected to the motor plug (grey as in picture above). The 12V & earth connected one way will wind the window down and switched the other way will send it up.
