  1. True - thats not a lot more! not quite the sale price we're used too FYI - anyone wanting to ship a stage 1 kit will be looking at an addtional $300-$400 for shipping to the UK....
  2. But it looks like that was just for a couple of months last year ?
  3. Absolutely - be careful choosing the right stage to go for. Stage 1 on a PHR is plenty for road/track use. - you loose traction in most gears.... You can run a stage 1 at about 1.8 bar! but maybe save that for a built engine. Paul at whifbitz has run pretty much all the stages - give him a shout to get the lowdown ( if you already haven't! )
  4. Deffo MVP - he's a trader on here as well :-)
  5. This is a very good kit. Great for road use, and very good on track when the boost is turned up. Spools very quickly and makes a hell of a noise! I'm sure a quick pm/mail to Jarrett would confirm if waranties could be 'kept' with the new owner.
  6. Also, make sure you know what you want out of the car.. drag, track, road use .... they're all very different . try and get a few 'passenger rides' or even better a drive in a similar spec to what you are aiming for. I had the oportunity to experience the setup I've now got - and it helped enormously on deciding who and what to use for the install.
  7. Would love to join in on this, and shame a few lambo's.... Sunday that is. I may have a second driver - can I PM his details later? Steve
  8. Sorry Andy.. PM me where abouts you are - maybe we can meet up sometime? ( tries to carefully word it so it doesn't sound gay )
  9. The mans not wrong Thanks sl8ter They'll look smart on that red supe of yours... like the wheels as well.
  10. Maybe... but last time I looked on here, neither headlamps or rears went for that. Surely its a good thing
  11. Set of Jspec headlights - fettled by gzaerojon to give the full black look and tail lights... All in very good condition, no cracks or visible scratches. ( water is on outside of lights ) Jon did the headlamps last summer so they're only 6 months old. £100 for headlights £40 for tail lights + postage. Paypal accepted - no fees.
  12. Damn, so do I get 'double twat' status for finding a double post!! ... Still - I their style !
  13. may be a repost... but if not - someone's not impressed! http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/129090.htm
  14. Yep - use mine every day. Don't have any trac control, only right foot and that works well. Respect the power ... they step out with very little provocation - but thats half the fun
  15. Absolutely... and by the time they force us into fitting them, they'll have modified versions on ebay for 1/4 of the price and include a chipped version that modifies the speed we're doing :d
  16. Totally immoral, A friend is going through a split at the moment, and we found keystoke logging software on her laptop! - installed by ex before they split. He then 'borrowed' the laptop and downloaded the captured input to gain access to her email etc.... Needless to say - I lost alot of respect for that guy after that! In the end - if its got a profit in it - someone will sell it.....
  17. Absolutely.... hunting for a few days myself... oh - and PHR stage 1 ( obiwan tweeked )

  19. Ahhh... don't recall any 'eskimoes' I was wearing the 'Whifbitz' jacket ( shamefull plug... ) Reckon I saw your car though - so if it was , it was very shiney - with a hint of ice!
  20. Excellent turnout guys and gals... didn't really manage to get to meet many peeps, although the dragonball vid helped me put a few names to faces! Sabrina - totally missed you - wanted to see how guilty I should have felt after not washing mine :-o Jamie - nice to meet you... shame about the breakage ... hope you get it sorted. Jo - congrats mate ... looks like you've got a lot of subscriptions to read ! Justin - hope you got home safely - nice to meet the 'lady' as well. Everyone else... sorry guys / gals - the weather just wasn't encouraging to stand outside all night. BTW - Lui - top man, another well organised event.
  21. Good stuff - starting to get disheartened... its as gloomy as hell in the City!
  22. Noooooo, don't do Sabrina.... I washed mine at the w/e and drove down to London last night. Woke up this morning and found snow all over it Maybe I'll just polish my shiney bits !
