to my understanding, after a scouring the vvoc, through the oil cooler is where the oil is getting into the water, a lot of the other owners seem to overcome this problem by bypassing the oil cooler, apparently the oil cooler does very little under normal driving conditions. However, i cannot do this myself and have just spent £450 on the car and cannot afford to spend more getting this job fixed
