  1. I'll try to remember to measure my TRD wheel tomorrow for you. Although I never bothered to compare the TRD wheel with the standard one (which I've now bunged into storage), like Chief, my impression is that it feels smaller. It certainly made the car more comfortable to drive and gave me more room around the knees.
  2. FazMan Did you or did you not place the Pistonheads advert yourself?
  3. So you didn't place the Pistonheads advert yourself then?
  4. He's already doing that here: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/150892.htm and funnily enough he knows how much money he wants for it. Nothing about having too many cars or mobility issues. It's the old 'moving abroad' line instead.
  5. It has been down since 8am for routine maintenance which was scheduled to finish at 10pm.
  6. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/shared/bsp/hi/pdfs/21_03_07_budget_report.pdf Page 228 for the new VED rates.
  7. Possibly. It's down to the testers discretion, but it has happened before. http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=80202
  8. http://www.lancerregister.com/
  9. If it's out of warranty then I'd go with a brand new one and then if possible wait until the revised version is released. However, there's normally a few Premium package deals out there at the £280 mark that come with a couple of recent games. If you want to go online to play games, then, at present, the 360 is the only choice.
  10. Do you happen to know how old the console is or when it was purchased? If it's not in warranty or it's close to expiring then I'd be inclined to pick up a brand new one for about £100 more rather than taking a chance on something that may turn up its toes. Bear in mind as well that the revised 360 is due for release in the next 3 or 4 months (I think) which will include a larger HD, revisions to the internal architecture to make it run cooler and possibly a few other bits and pieces as well.
  11. Jim, Matt's contact details and location are in the first post of the thread below. http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=17307
  12. Are the games original or are they pirated?
  13. Difficult to tell from that photo, but I'd hazard a guess that the colour is Diamond Grey Metallic (official Subaru name).
  14. Or £17.89 at Sendit for the real hardcore bargain hunter. http://www.sendit.com/game/item/6000000002880
  15. Single player is very easy and a touch repetitive, although the spirit walk and gravity walk features are nice touches. At the time I had it, online multiplayer was ruined by the absymal lag, but if you managed to get a decent game then the environments were excellent. Much fun to be had from standing on the ceiling taking out players on the ground below who are oblivious to your presence. If they've solved the lag problems and if there's still people playing it online then it's probably worth a purchase at the cheapy prices it can be had for. If not, I'd suggest it's rental fare only.
  16. Standard spoiler from a STi Version 1: http://members.lycos.co.uk/markysan1970/hpbimg/11%20no%2025.jpg When I say 'style', that's because you can't tell from the sellers pictures whether it's an original item or a replica. If it's original then it's well worth taking off for the 'ironing board' version and selling that one separately from the car.
  17. That style of spoiler was a standard item, but not on that particular version of Impreza.
  18. It's not the same car. Was just linking the thread to show the mobile number was the same.
  19. I presume that car is being sold by "Keron" as that's his mobile number according to this thread: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?p=1167147
  20. You might have seen a Ferrari 599 seeing as Auto Express used the front end of that car for their Photoshop effort.
  21. It's another Auto Express Photoshop. Here's the original picture of the Cayman they've hacked about: http://www.germancarfans.com/photos/3050530.001/1053.jpg
  22. They are. It was released last Friday.
  23. So, you've damaged this guys car with your careless driving and now want to palm him off with a second hand bumper? Do some research from a few Vauxhall dealers to ascertain whether that's the correct price or not and if it is, and assuming he won't go for the second hand bumper/mates spraying idea, then go through your insurance.
  24. The sleeper hit this Christmas will be Viva Pinata - perfect family material, although you may find yourself playing it more than your son.
  25. Might also be interested in the turbo blanket.
