ohhh thanx atlast something looks promising , i have the SBC id III, i was trying to work out sum settings didnt want to overboost... when u mean 60 - 70% ratio, u mean the GAIN?

oki the reason why i didnt go for 3" My de-cat pipes are already 2 1/2" so will it make a difference going for a 3" Cat back?? Also very few places in the country bend 3" pipes, Predator being one, but appparently they charge a bomb!!

In the quest for higher boost on my UK spec TT, i have had a word with powerflow. (sad i know) Im going to get a straight 2 1/2" pipe from cat back ( i mean literally straight) with no back box. will this sound oki? will it be less restrictive than most exhausts on the market? i.e blitz? any info greatly appreciated

Could it be the 2 1/2" decat pipes that are restricting me?

I have de-cat + exhaust on my uk spec TT.... but i havent hit fuel cut yet? I have fitted the blitz dual SBC III aswell and the max boost i have hit is 0.85 bar. (i have set: channel 1 SET 22 Gain 15 ) am i making sense here? is this worrying?

Does the ABS light come on as a warning that you need to replace brakepads... ?? Because i have since replaced the pads and the ABS light and the Warning Explanation light (and also my TRC light) stays on... If i reset the ECU will this rid of my problem? Also... with these lights on, is there a limit on my boost? as a saftey feature? I rememeber my mr2 used to limit boost if the Ecu light was on. regards Ray

Hi there, I purchased a kakimoto exhaust a while back... i also got the car de-catted. But the kakimoto exhuast is 2 piece. 1 part being the back box... the other part being the pipe which connects to the cats, You get me? anyway ... the pipe has a little silencer thingy, i wanted to replace that pipe to allow more free flowing exhaust. Is this advisable? Also ... i can only get Powerflow to make a 2 1/2" pipe... because they cant bend a 3" pipe Would this downgrade of pipe size be more restrictive than it currently is? :S i didnt think it would matter as my de-cat pipes are 2 1/2" anway any help appreciated.
