  1. I haven't used these guys but they do delivery/collection. http://www.lap-tab.co.uk/alloywheels.php?adw
  2. I had the UK alarm manual with my old Sup and it says in there that when the key fob does not work, hold it down pointing it at the car for several seconds and it will reset and the doors will open.
  3. Not so sure about this... I've driven through one of these with Francis where there were plenty of police and nothing happened. Also, a private estate near me has a camera that registers your numberplate and flashes it up at you and it never had a problem reading mine. Although it did correct the spacing!
  4. Had one for a year. No probs, ever. In fact never pulled over in the Supra compared to about 12 times in the Peugeot 306 and once in the Bimmer for not having my tax disc properly fixed to the windscreen (what?).
  5. Look no further than Phoenix. They are excellent. As above they do anything from an oil change to an engine rebuild(/build!). Paintwork/bodyshop is next door. Based in Watford but right next to Watford Junction Station so very easy to drop off and head back into London if you need to. 01923228484 - Mark and Paul
  6. Take it to Phoenix and they'll get a service book in for you....

  10. Cheers buddy! Did a search about a week ago and couldn't find them. Obviously your finger's on the pulse!!
  11. Toyota JEMCA - Hendon, wanted the car for the whole day to change the oil...!
  12. Sorry to hijack thread supradibbs...did you get the seats done in black and grey in the end? I saw your thread a while back. It's just I was thinking of having mine done like that and wondered if you have any pics.... If not then a large one of your avatar would be good - I like that one!!
  13. Mikey, Read the stuff on this link. It's well worth looking at. Just click on the links. I think the "tough questions, slick answers" one's pretty good. Good luck and let us know what you think of the site. Nick http://www.computingcareers.co.uk/vnunet/features/2129988/interview-techniques-making-move
  14. An unbelievable price. If only it had been that when I picked up mine...
  15. Would be keen for rears. Maybe it could be combined with a clear rear cluster option?
  16. You've probably got the idea by now but they've looked after both my Supras and are excellent.

    AA Callout

Unfortunately got in the Supe last night to drive home and tick tick tick it didn't start. Dead battery, although it's the original battery so I guess it's done well to survive this long. Fortunately I'm a member of the AA so called them up and was about to sit back and enjoy a lenghty wait when, 20 seconds after finishing the call, the AA van appears in front of me!!!! Unbelievable.
  18. I think his were more like 15mm!! It can't hurt to check your nuts every now and then though. It seems like they didn't all shear off together as when the other wheels were taken off some of the other nuts where sheared off at the hub.
  19. I'm sure a lot of people on here would realise this already but for the benefit of anyone who doesn't I just thought I'd post up a word of warning about using wheel spacers. My cousin bought some wheels for his Peugeot 206 together with spacers and longer wheel nuts (on ebay). Unfortunately the nuts were not sufficiently strong and on the motorway he lost a front wheel while in the fast lane - pretty luckily managed to pull into the central reservation not even damaging his car too much. On taking the wheels off several other nuts had sheared off. So if you're going to use spacers, be careful and get the right nuts!!!!
  20. ...oh yeah and some new rear light clusters - gonna try something with them.
  21. whatever floats your boat... ... but not that
  22. Hey buddy - didn't see you but my girlfriend said she drove past you the other day in Fulham. Tint's getting replaced tomorrow and I'm getting the rear badges taken off when I get the spoiler resprayed.
