Got a few more jobs done today. Some went well, one not so well!
Terry mentioned that the paint & body guy next to Phoenix might have the original door barels from the car. Dropped by there the other day and sure enough, he still had them! Replaced them today, so now have a single key for the whole car (and it's now able to be locked!)
Fitted the rear hatch struts (Thanks to Jezz for the fast delivery). Most would think this a quick an easy job, but it's not! All the interior panels have to come out to be able to fit the two nuts to the underside. It's done now, so hopefully the interior doesn't have to come out again.
This is what has to come out to get to the nuts:

And all refitted:

Next was to fit the newly black dyed roof lining. Dying this was a major PITA, the car had a small electrical fire a few years ago which seemed to have caused some damage to the fibres, also it'd been sat removed, gathering dust for years so they were very dirty. Couldn't get them fully clean before dying so it's not perfect, but will do.
One of the bolts holding the roof panel in was frozen and eventually resorted to using a breaker bar to shift it! Thankfully it came loose without damaging the thread
Rear:

Front (The sunvisors need replacing, they were in poor condition):

And roof back in (not a lot to see here really ). The centre section needs another coat of dye, but now the roof comes off its an easy job.

Also made a start on the rear passenger side hub. The cause of the loose studs became apparent after removing the disc - the thread on the hub had sheered on most of the bolts and the studs had been welded in place. The welds had snapped on two of the studs (one of them fell out completely). The handbrake mechanism had also failed on one side, causing the whole shoe assembly to move around inside the drum.
Would like to have gotten further but can't seem to remove the large bolt in the middle that secures the driveshaft...

A pic with the side panels now fitted, still waiting to hear whats happening with the lights!
