  1. No chance of getting kids in the back if you're over 5ft 8! Even at only 6ft the back of the drivers seat is 1inch from the rear seat. The passenger side is even worse due to the shallow footwell (ECU's in the footwell mean less leg room)
  2. That was a good read, 'Owned' doesn't quite cover it!
  3. Well it updated on the 4th try! I'm disappointed on just how cut down prologue is, it seems to be geared towards online and multiplayer play, as a single player there's not much to do Graphics are very good indeed even on a non-HD TV. The car models are incredibly detailed. Game play is better than the GT4, the cars handle more realistically (such as lift off oversteer now works as it should). I doubt I'll be playing Prologue much... roll on the full release!
  4. Getting annoyed now! It took nearly an hour to setup the PS3 and download and install the update It took another 20 mins to install GT5 and is now trying to download the update (on third attempt now, first two "failed"), it's been 15 mins on this last attempt and still only half is downloaded...
  5. Game had the 40gb model with GT5 Prologue for 299.99 so bought this.
  6. For some reason I thought you only needed rears - doh! See the attachement for the numbers, I can't make out which ones are correct... Looks like theu changed them in '04
  7. Just going out to buy a PS3 for this
  8. Have you not seen the CW Volvo drift video yet? I have yet to see a UK Supra better it
  9. Stock UK resistor pack with aftermarket wiring loom

    Hybrids

There are other issues like the loom (pin outs are different), MAF sensor, resistor pack, etc. It would be a very long way from plug and play. As has been mentioned you would be best off going for a full aftermarket ECU from the outset if you are planning on taking things further.

    exhaust help!

They were with an RSR, Boostlogic, Veilside TI and the other I don't remember (Could have been a DragerII). As you say it might just be the position of the cat back pulling the cat to a bad position... When working on exhausts in the past I install the 1st cat pipe then 2nd cat/decat, then finally allign the cat back around the position of the 2nd pipe. Some need a bit of work to get right!

    exhaust help!

That is odd, my 2nd cat dropped in and out no problem with the CW 1st decat. Have also swapped a couple of members cats (also using CW 1st decat) and they all alligned perfectly.
  13. I was wondering where you'd got to! Was tempted to reset your post count again too see what would happen
  14. The parts you would need are extensive to say the least, just a few... - interior looms - engine loom - steering rack (Think you'd need to change the locks too) - dashboard and all controls, fixings and panels - centre console - firewall is different, so massive modifiction needed (probably best if you can get a cut out from a LHD car) - pedals - brake master cylinder and all lines - door cards, wiring looms and electrics - and probably a thousand other little bits I cannot see how it'd in any way be cost effective unless you can source a wrecked LHD car to transfer the parts from.
  15. It seems there might be a difference, in EPC it lists the following, but only "up to chassis 0035274" 47750-14250 - CYLINDER ASSY, DISC BRAKE, REAR LH 47730-14240 - CYLINDER ASSY, DISC BRAKE, REAR RH If anyone can supply a chssis and frame number for a model later than 0035274 I can check it on EPC
  16. It's 11kg with the motor. I weighed one a few weeks ago. The ECU and switch weigh b*gger all THe problem you might have with the courier is that most don't accept items longer than 150cm, the spoiler is probably pretty close to that.
  17. Yeh! Love this show, it's just about my 'level'
  18. Seemed like a fair question to me! something like that, yes
  19. Thats one of the companies they use. Also Marketstudy and NIG but suspect there are a load more.
  20. No insurance company (or broker) can cover every possible member. Based on the surveys that have been run in the past they offer the best quotations/policies for the largest group of members (late 20/early 30's, good insurance history in medium-low risk areas) It's unrealistic to expect us to have a single company which can provide cover for all members and all risk categories. However if you can provide the name of one which can, we will be more than happy to open discussions with them
  21. Same here, the performance was fine, but it was unavailable for about 10 mins. Which ISP are you guys on? (Virgin - exNTL - here)
