i think so. you means the little 52mm clock which is also an outside temp gauge on the left side of the dash..??? i will have to find it,i took it out a few years ago

as for the nipples on the turbo, one goes to the wastegate and one other can be used to go to the boost control. as for the rest im unsure, my gt35 has a set screw on the out side edge which i think is used when being built, as for the rocker breather then there are mixed feelings, some fit a little k & n filter some run to a catch tank and others run back to the induction pipe that connects to the turbo intake and air filter. I'd do as much research as poss, use the search button on here as there are some good write ups on fitting singles and also mkiv.com the oil supply from the bock has a 10mm 1.25mm pitch tread if that helps

braided will be better with goodridge fitting as there is alot of heat around the turbo, but there is always the cost side of things to think about as for silicone pipe it will be ok but will need something to protect it from the heat

please see my picture below. feed from the bottom of the water pump, the factory feed to the twins comes from this point then returns to the top water elbow at the top,there are two pipes which i have blanked off

I have the receipt from tubro dynamics for £1276+vat trade, when i bought this turbo garrett did not offer t4 flanges. this was a special order and i paid for it to have as much flow as possible. the spool off this turbo is great and can punch out some great top end bhp, comes with custom flange t3 to t4,gaskets, 3" weld on exhaust flange(4 bolt), turbo blanket. this turbo has done approx 8k miles but has just started to weap oil into the front cover so am open to offers, not silly as this is a great turbo..see pictures below..these where taken last year, will put new pictures as it is now tomorrow.. also when welding on the car you can put a surge protector on the battery to protect ecu,gauges,radio's etc from current surge from welding

I'd get the egt probe fitted about 1" from the cylinder head on number one or number six runner as these are usually the weakest cylinders and so will have a higher exhaust temp than the rest. as for the welding the new boss on i would take the manifold off to make sure no swarf gets into the exhaust headers when drilling the hole and the welder will be able to make a much nicer job of welding the boss. if the manifold is stainless steel then it really wants tig welding with the correct rods matched to the manifold. you can use a mig welder to do this but there is more chance of cracking problems in the future

3M do plenty of wet and dry grade flatting paper. The 2000 grit we use is called Prefect-it-111 and the part number is 09546. You should be able to get it from any bodyshop suppliers like, bancrofts,brown brothers( now unipart ppg)oxford paint supplies,T.R.I. colour centres or you can order it on line from places like metalflake.co.uk or carpaint ware house etc If you only want a few sheets pm me and i will post you a few;)

I would say that your painter is trying to get hold of 2k solvent base coat colour which is not made any more for the motor vehicle trade do to changes in the laws on painting cars. The main form of base coat is now waterbase which can only be sprayed in a heated spray booth with good air flow to aid drying, that said it can be spraying else where but will take ages to dry before the clear coat can be apply. I own a bodyshop where we still use both but even though i have a license due to the fact that we working on cars made from anything from 1920 to modern day cars but i have to order in solvent tinters which takes a long time and costs the earth. so where we can we use water base paint, As the supra is classed as an old car you may even find it hard to get a colour mix in waterbase, most of my waterbase colours only start from the late 90's unless its a carry over colour which is used alot on newer cars.. if you give me the toyota colour coded i can find out what is available in water base and what paint brands will mix it for him..

VOSA retail price of m.o.t's from nov 06 is £50:35 but some garages dont charge full price..

A good bodyshop should have plenty of kit to sort this out and the skill to prep areas like that no problem..
