  1. I managed to track down a replacement aerial for the Supe which packed up. Ive managed to unbolt it but cant see how the top piece comes off - this is the bit with the rubber shroud that seals against the bodywork preventing water getting in. Obviously I dont want to damage this piece as I will reuse it with the replacement aerial. How do I get this off? It looks like there is some silver metal cap that may screw off? Any ideas? Jez
  2. Im in Warwick (midlands) dead easy off the m40

Im in Warwick (midlands) so pick up is the only option. Ideal for a studio etc. They are pretty large! £40 for 19" and £50 for 21" Pictured is the 21" one... http://www.newgendesign.co.uk/sony.jpg

  16. Quite rare and bought on ebay a while back. Didnt build so basically NOS. Ideal for a collector or maybe someone who wants a quiet Sunday afternoon with some airfix glue! 1/32 and unopened (apart from looking inside box) Looking for £20.00 posted Pics seen here: http://www.newgendesign.co.uk/supra1.jpg http://www.newgendesign.co.uk/supra2.jpg
  17. Ah that sounds great. Any part number and refit guide anyone could point me towards?
  18. I know this has probably been posted about quite a few times... My aerial has decided to pack in. Same happened in my Mr2 and I replaced that with a stubby. However Ive been please with the retractable one on the Supra - its worked well up till now... Now it extends to full then makes the grindy sound for a few seconds then stops. It then refuses to detract when ignition key is removed until I prod the tip of the aerial and then it goes down. So do I need a new mast?
  19. Still have these wheels and tyres people. Surely the tyres are worth something they have hardly been used!
  20. Ah cool. I have a new tube of that and thought of doing the same. Great! Shame it so dark and damp outside as I'd love to get it on there now.
  21. Got my carbon TRD style spoiler (thanks Nic) and have painted the ends to match the car.All is great. Ive removed the old spoiler and exposed the holes where the new spoiler will bolt onto. Now before I clamp the new one on, is it good practice to fill in or cover the redundant holes as I imagine the seal the spoiler makes with the boot isn't perfect and I imagine water ingress will occur? Whats the best procedure? The spoiler came with some sticky backed pads that I assume sit around the bolt holes and cushion the seal between the bolts and boot lid. I will use these but are you supposed to use anything else to create the perfect seal? Just thought I'd ask before wading in even though it seems simple enough.
  22. Ok - Will see how I get on after I get the new replacement seal delivered. I will then be able to quote the final amount.
  23. Anyone else had to have this sorted on their car?
