Got my carbon TRD style spoiler (thanks Nic) and have painted the ends to match the car.All is great.
Ive removed the old spoiler and exposed the holes where the new spoiler will bolt onto.
Now before I clamp the new one on, is it good practice to fill in or cover the redundant holes as I imagine the seal the spoiler makes with the boot isn't perfect and I imagine water ingress will occur? Whats the best procedure?
The spoiler came with some sticky backed pads that I assume sit around the bolt holes and cushion the seal between the bolts and boot lid. I will use these but are you supposed to use anything else to create the perfect seal?
Just thought I'd ask before wading in even though it seems simple enough.
