Iam with adrian flux insurance, had a chatt with someone there the other day about all this and she said the insurace company i was with were only going to charge me more if the engine had been modified and they were not fussed about body kits wheels ect...it will cost me an extra £60 to go bup(they said stage1 tune) on a jspec TT...quite good i thought.

Doesn't sound all that serious, if your not up to speed on auto electrics give it a miss and contact an autoelectician. Other wise check both door switches are their! these are in the door catch (body side) also make sure the catch has a good earth to body. Buzzing radio can be sorted out by a battery choke(fits on the alternator) go to maplin or auto factors. maplin also do a gadget to test remote frequency output. some dealers have something similar too.(not just toyota) Not to sure about the door lock light bit maybe its related to the interior light fault or faulty alarm. Process of elimination is the best way...start simple! check fuses, connections ect

I would have said the same thing when i owned a UK TT... i know UK supra's have a premium over jspecs(for some) but alas not all are willing to pay for the privilege of owning a U.K Supe... that aside ...lovely car!! just what iam looking for as well, but a bit to much for me:(

A mint white 93 Manual UK TT just sold on here for 10k and it had 54k on it! Thought you might like to know...gives you a rough idea what people are willing to pay.
