Can anyone tell me what the small space in the boot is for? it is at the back in the center and the carpet has a cut out/flap to where there is a storage space? This is on a 96/97 TT auto facelift.

I did say that in my original post...but took your advice jurgen and went for an auto...manuals are harder to find plus they are usually thrashed abused examples. Main thing is that it's straight and unmolested..

put a deposit down now on a 96 facelift TT rz-s auto today....to you who thought it not possible:p i found the needle in the haystack:D:yahoo: An absolutely mint silver fresh import not a sign of any bodywork being touched up(you who know me know how fussy i am too) i will b the first owner 57k on the clock and completely standard oh apart from the turbo timer and oil pressure gauge...nice to see someone had cared for her! has all the goodies too large brakes, folding mirrors, lsd, tints, leather headlining, 3 months warranty, immobiliser cat 2, new cam-belt getting fitted,xenons headlights, years mot 6 months tax.... yes i know:D all for under 7k!! pick it up in a couple of weeks....had to travel 400 miles to get it though..def worth the hassel.

Iam not needing a rest from being a carer, she has a job and so do i, MS sufferers can be hit at any-time and this is when you have problems its a Neurological disease which affects the brain..some of the Problems you have are loss of sight, speech, numbness in limbs, incontinence but to name a few sometimes these go back to normal after a spell in hospital but this might take months and sometimes it wont come back as some sufferers go in a gradual decline, but the lucky ones have this just once in a while and normally suffer one or two of the symptoms constantly and have to live with it…most people wouldn't have a clue and would say" god you’re a clumsy aren't you!" Well i wont go on...iam not looking at it as a holiday as i have my own goal too as i tore my cruciate ligament last year and havent boarded since.

Why bother putting things like that up..if your not interested ..fine, but please your not in my shoes are you?

Thanks for all the comments i have taken them on board and will keep it in mind whilst looking....mint maybe a bit exaggerated...looking for standard one now though so i expect to pay less, not fussed about manual or auto. Lol ive just looked back through my thread, omg i must have gone through every poss model...iam not a nut job:eek:

Yeah... i have only had my insurance 3 months and if i cancel it they only give me £50 back...but if i upgrade to a standard TT it only costs me £15 extra, my insurance co do not insure modded cars!? New insurance quote for a TT bpu was around £600...hence iam gonna get a standard one for now, buggered if iam giving them any more money...

Is this one still for sale?

Due to a change in circumstance iam now looking for a standard TT....poxy insurance(Adrian flux). Mod's will have to wait until next year.... Please can the moderator change the heading to "Standard TT" Thanks..

Have u tried the old fashoned plunger?..fixed my blockage...is their a trap under the sink too if so take that off and clean it out? Failing that i would move:drown:

Iam in farnborough its OK here...town is a bit crap though but its all being done up!not so much on the night life here, camberley down the road is quite nice more of a town and night life is better...basingstoke is about 30 mins from here on the m3. Look at fleet 2 ok their as well....even closer good pubs and restaurants
