    Hi all, Is the exhaust side cam cover the same on VVTi and non-VVTi 2JZ-GTE engines? Looking in doing a VVTi head swap. Do I need just the intake cam cover or both? Thanks

    When you add up the price of a built auto box, high stall, etc its not that far off from a DCT conversion. (especially if you already have an aftermarket ECU)

    Everyone has to start somewhere and sometimes these challenges make a project more interesting. Besides that as far as I understand these were parts that he already bought from somewhere, not machined or built for this specific build.
