I think they might have to be pressed in, cos the reason I didn't have mine fitted was cos the garage weren't too happy with trying, cos they looked like a PITA. Toyota should be able to get them within a few days I think. I think the price is £70 including vat for each of them.

I just got new front discs and pads fitted to my car, which has the UK brakes. They really are very good brakes!

You can buy little nail varnish sized touch up paint kits from Toyota, provided it's a factory colour. I have to paint little chips on my bumper every few months.

I got mine from Ibrar, but they were second hand. They were in perfect condition though!

I've had all the rear control arms/bushes replaced with stock toyota ones. I also changed the rear shocks for new ones too. The car feels tighter now, and doesn't rattle/groan/clunk I'm planning on doing the front later. I'm getting new tires fitted to the front tomorrow, as the current ones are scrubbed on the inside, so I think I'll notice a big difference tomorrow

Pubs up here in Glasgow are open till midnight or 1am. Clubs are open till 3am. Those are still way too early IMO I think changing to a more European style will be much better, since you won't have the huge number of drunk people on the street at the same kicking out time.

I put the induction kit back on but I'm still only getting 1 bar. Bloody thing!

I bought the 2 pack of jubilee clips from B&Q, but still no joy. I tried one of the new clips on each end, 2 clips on each end, then finally 3 clips on each side. During all this the boost was either 0.7 bar or 1 bar. It doesn't wanna go back up to 1.2 Is it possible that I need the Apexi induction kit to get 1.2?

I'll try getting some different clamps then, with two or more on each end of the hose. I think one of the clamps on just now is a serrated one, which I did notice was cutting into the hose very slightly. Maybe that's causing the problem.

When I decatted I had a lot of problems getting the boost increased due to the top intercooler hose not being secured tightly enough. I eventually got round this by using two clamps on each end. This seemed to work fine for 1.2bar. But today I decided to replace my Apexi induction kit with the standard airbox and I'm having the same troubles with the top intercooler hose. At first I could only get 1 bar, but after some adjusting I'm now only getting 0.7bar. So... is there a better way of securing this hose? Do the more expensive clamps make a big difference? I bought a hard pipe for it, but it turns out its not an exact match, so I dunno yet if I'll be able to get the correct silicone hose to get it to match up.

Forgot to post that the garage can't get me a new ABS sensor till tomorrow, so that's why I'm not there. Hope you all had a good day!

I run 34 at the front and 32 at the rear.

I've been running 1.2 bar since November without any problems. This is the safe limit according to people on the board.

Sit a couple of wee bits of card in between the rubbers then close the boot. If the squeak goes then the problem is the boot rubbers.

I got 3 points last year and it made no difference to my renewal. I think they expect most people to have 3 points on their license.
