Yes it already has the HKS slave mod, it's because of this that the clutch isn't really grabby and makes it driveable. Chris may not like them but surely he can advise you to which way round the plate goes?

The mapecu will not give any o2 reading without connecting up the AEM wideband. Not even the stock o2 sensor output is displayed. Where did you get the basemap? and what injectors are you running?

It is cheap rubbish and i doubt very much if it had the proper plugs on to begin with. I can buy this headunit new on ebay for £60

yeh, i'll sent it special delivery as he is paying the postage costs not the best of pics but you can see that there is no disc slot in the front fascia and it is labelled red power in the lower right corner

ive just sent him a pic of what he has sent me and mentioned that i'll also be contacting the police and he has now offered to refund including my postage costs as soon as he receives the stereo back. He reckons that he always thought it was an Alpine and swears blind he is telling the truth. I just hope he doesn't go down the lost/damaged in post route now

thanks for the replies. i payed with paypal and have opened a dispute with them. The seller has just been in contact and swears blind he has sent me an Alpine unit:( I can't see how i can prove otherwise.

Any advice on what i can do here? Ive already started a dispute but my mrs needs a refund ASAP to find a replacement present in time for Xmas

Not sold out at all I have plans for a new supra project when the right car comes up The EVO8 is a great car and lots of fun to drive. Rolling roaded at 361bhp and 340ft/lb. And they do big turbo kits for these too.
