The difference is; Toyota actually owns a stake in Subaru. Parent/sister company dealings are normal. You only have to look as far as the VAG rear 'unibrow' light design to see that in action. What isn't normal however is when a manufacturer makes a car for another, then the other just slaps their badge along with, arguably, it's most iconic name on it!!

Most of your remarks carry a distinct tone of holier than thou sarcasm but who cares right? I am astonished at people who wonder why this forum has turned in to a ghost town... If someone asks a stupid question then gets offended when they receive a stupid answer. It all gets rather childish in the end and people start throwing strops. I am a straight talker, I certainly don't try and put icing on poop so you either like it, or you don't. Give me respect and the favour will be returned, the inverse is, of course, true.

If I want a BMW, I'd go and buy a BMW. Simple. If people are happy to pay for a BMW with a toyota badge, then good for them, go right ahead. But don't try and force us all into believing it's a real Toyota Supra, because it simply isn't.

I managed around 200mph in my old Supra auto... well at least that's what the nav was showing.

Who does these? On one of my Supras, I have the cold air feed but it's missing the box... Whilst on the other, I have the UK bonnet but no feed or box. Is there anything that can be done to channel air through there to the intake?

Is the input shaft bearing available for the V161 box or is already covered under one of the part numbers on your list? Also, how about the facelift centre dash trim and airbags? As for the latter, I'd imagine they ought to be replaced every so often? -
About 40 or 50 when driven properly!

Currently Michelin 4s here too... though I used to run Vredestein Sessantas on my old Supra at 600hp with 275s on the back, can't remember the profile but they were definitely 18" wheels, without any significant traction issues.

No, not at all. I was speaking generally but you could argue that it may be applicable to the BMW. Sell it and buy land or gold or whatever. This is not to be construed as financial advice...
