  1. I'll try that when I'm on the laptop later, the mobile version separates the group wall into a million pages!
  2. Thanks, I can browse the group but I can't seem to find that ad?
  3. Thanks chaps, I'll drop Stu an email to see if he can assist. Do you have a link to the Facebook advert Style?
  4. Ok, I would personally seek to strengthen my position by obtaining supporting evidence from my GP and circulating that with them in the first instance.
  5. Some of those look awesome, exactly what I'm looking for! I take it, he's more of a hobbyist though?
  6. Ah yes, you're absolutely right. I am, however, looking for something a little less, colourful. Perhaps something similar to the TRD design?
  7. Sadly, they don't offer the tiptronic variant.
  8. Do you have 2 or more years continous service with the company? Also, have you raised this with them informally?
  9. I don't mind... what's the go to place in the states?
  10. Thank you for your kind words. So far, the most difficult part is the isolation and concern for our newborn. Having said that, I've now volunteered to help from home by taking/making calls on behalf of the NHS, until I recover. So people who are isolating can also help. There really is no excuse, our country needs us and we really do owe it to the elderly and most vulnerable among us.
  11. Thanks Ian. I've just realised that my first post is slightly ambiguous, I'm not looking for the actual instrument cluster(s), rather a 'fascia' kit similar to this.
  12. So PAYE? Thanks bud, symptoms are mild thus far...
  13. Windscreen scuttle panel? http://www.garagewhifbitz.co.uk/toyota/supra/whifbitz-carbon/garage-whifbitz-carbon-windscreen-panel-3509.html
  14. Are you a contractor? On a separate note, having exhibited some minor symptoms, my GP now thinks I have COVID-19; consequently, my household has been instructed to isolate for 2 weeks.
  15. Does anyone know where I can pick these up from? I can only seem to find (pre)facelift non-tiptronic dials.

Didn't think I'd have to explain this; I was trying to be diplomatic/nice... You hold a grudge don't you... everyone else seems to have been able to move on. New year, new pandemic, move on dude.

I was obviously talking in the context of the OP, this is his thread after all. There are always "dangerous" cars on the road as friendly MOT centres have been around since the dawn of time, let's be realistic now. I would probably concentrate on eradicating the virus as that would seem to be more pressing and attainable of the two. 40 year old cars are automatically exempt from the MOT test, yet they tend to be in better condition than the much newer cars on the road, so I don't think the formula is quite as straightforward and simple as you make it sound. Food for thought though I guess...

They are deemed an essential service by the government. They cannot operate as a 'eat in' restaurant however, only as a take away.

The government also made it abundantly clear and set out 4 very strict exemptions to the 'stay at home lock down'. For the avoidance of doubt, these exemptions are: 1. Shopping for essential necessities, as infrequently as possible. 2. Doing one form of exercise per day. 3. For a medical need or to look after a vulnerable person. 4. To travel to and from work, but only where that is absolutely necessary and cannot be done from home. Now, unless I have missed something blatantly obvious, none of these exemptions would apply to this apparently quite unnecessary and avoidable journey. One cannot rely on the defence that one's very specific example hasn't been specifically outlawed in the face of the very strict exemptions set out by the government above.
