I'm looking for a complete facelift TRD manual instrument cluster, or alternatively, a TRD Tachometer and Speedometer (in miles).

The s7 would be overkill, the s6 or s6+ appear to be more suited to your requirements by the looks of things.

Generally Cliffords are the go to option for alarms... Have a look here. This chap has sorted the alarm systems on all my cars and he does a fantastic job.

Considering the price of a new alarm system relative to the value of your car, I'd personally just consider fitting a complete new alarm system. You simply won't know the extent of the damage to the wiring and thus, the main alarm unit until you've ripped it all out, and even then, unless you're an expert, you probably won't be able to tell if it's all in good working order. You cannot be too safe these days...

A 6262 DBB or 6266 DBB would be more than adequate.

In the same order: 1. Facelift 2. Facelift 3. Optional on both 4. Facelift, option on pre-facelift - not 100% sure though. 5. Facelift 6. Facelift 7. Facelift 8. Facelift, the upper compartment is replaced with an airbag.
